Dear sir/madam, The unprecedented lockdown has severely impacted our daily life. As you know all business are going through very tough times due to covid-19 situation, due to which we are been paid only half of our salary. With the current salary, its very difficult to manage our monthly commitments and thanks a lot for introducing emi moratorium as a relief measure for the customers who are facing hardship. But unfortunately sorry to inform you all the we are not getting proper support from "icici bank" (New bhel road and sanajnagar branch) and also from "go pay sense" (Personal loan) companies, instead they are harassing us mentally and financially. I have visited he icici bank and they are rude, instead of helping us in this critical conditions and several times i have called icici helpline number and also drafted a mail from my registered email id and registered number, only response i use to get is currently we are unable to help you due to covid situation and i wasn't aware how to apply emi moratorium. Same with the "go paysense" company, as there is no customer care number of their company, instead they have only email id for ([protected]@gopaysense.com). Serveral times i have drafted a mail but there is no proper response from them and instead submitting the nach every month and due to insufficient balance i have charged - no clearance of nach by icici bank. I hope at least you people will understand the present conditions and kindly suggest me what step i can take further. After sending several mails i am not getting any help from icici nor go paysense company. I am requesting you to please help me. As i am not getting complete salary due to which i am unable to pay the loan which i have taken borrowed from icici and go paysense company. Seriously getting mentally disturbed every single day and it may be a small amount of rbi, icici, go paysense but for me its hard to manage in current situation. I am requesting you a lot please do help me and request you to kindly instruct icici ang go paysense company to help me please.
