Reserve Bank Of India [RBI] — reliance finance limited not refund loan processing fees | |||
I kavaskar applied a personal loan of rs 200000. A person from reliance finance limited side send me a loan approval letter on 26.7.19. After that he told me that i have to send rs.5500 for loan process fee than only they can proceed the loan processing next step. I have send the amount through paytm. After that he call me and ask to send rs.9999 for rbi security fee. I told that person that i can't send the amount. Please stop the process and refund the amount back to me. He switched off his mobile number [protected]. Please do the needful to refund my loan processing amount as soon as possible. Hereby i attached the loan approval letter for your reference.
