Revv Cars — unprofessional conduct & service

I booked a Mahindra XUV for 1 day from 20:00 Hrs for 22-Aug-19. I was totally surprised to see a Mahindra Scorpio at my doorstep. On enquiring with the Driver, i was told that XUV isn't available and this is the only 7 Seater available. I immediately called CUSTOMER CARE and here's now the tale of Lies and Unprofessional Customer Service and very unethical practise and uncharacteristic behaviour experienced with 2 people Rohit Sharma & Anuj Dwivedi started.

1. Rohit Sharma - Insisted that i was called multiple times and since you didn't answer it's your mistake, we did our Job of trying to contact you. I have received just one miss call from an unknown number close to the time stated by Rohit Sharma & another Agent Anuj Dwivedi at 14:35 Hrs +[protected]Screen Shot attached of Missed Call Log). This guy was very unprofessional and had no courtesy and kept on insisting that there is no other 7 Seater Car available apart from Scorpio (Another bunch of Lie, which i will prove below). Also attached the Photos of the Scorpio Car which was sent for delivery and this guy Rohit Sharma refused to acknowledge that i paid for XUV and i need to get the difference amount and stated that Scorpio is a high end car to XUV (I have no clue how these guys are trained to answer calls when they don’t know the difference between the products) and then i receive a shocker my booking was cancelled and this guy abruptly hung on me. I honestly felt of his behaviour and way he spoke emphathyless despite me telling them that i have booked XUV as i have 4 Sr. Citizens travelling with me that the guy was on Dope or it's a GENUINE childhood problem he has.

2, Next i called again and spoke to Anuj Dwivedi who tried to help but then again got caught up in his own bundle of lies trying to cover for company and colleague. If all these conversation, there was no one trying to understand a customer’s situation. All i get told is this will be investigated and someone will call you back and i cannot revoke the cancellation. What happens to the Customer who hasn’t cancelled the booking but it has been cancelled - Answer - We Care a ****. The major lie that both kept stating very clearly is that we have checked and there isn’t any other 7 seater available.

WELL THIS IS A MASSIVE LIE COZ 5 MINS AFTER THE CALL FINISHED - I BOOKED A MAHINDRA MAZZARO WHICH WAS AVAILABLE AND ANOTHER LIE THAT CONTINUED WAS THAT SCORPIO IS A HIGH END CAR THEN XUV (Hope these guys know what they are speaking)

Since i have a family commitment i booked Revv as no other immediate option, but i can assure you that this was the last time and NO MORE REVV bookings and i must inform all not to book as well as this is their constant practise of changing cars and not informing. Just giving 1 call and claiming we tried to contact. This is the 3rd time in 2 months they have done with me and for their tried to contact a person cannot be busy and should attend the one time they call.

Let me assure the rest inclusive of Consumer court are aware of the this as well

I booking revv car because i don't hav original D L i given R T O office in barge renewal revv cars not given car because original DL i did n't touch car allso iam pay amount in online R s 2050, not refund amount this revv company was ford company chiting revv company
