This is meenu malhotra and my case number is pt1335. I have taken the service from pune magarpatta branch. My treatment started at pune location but after 3-4 sittings i need to travel onsite. After coming to india i got settled at banglaore location. From last 1.5 years i am calling at richfeel to transfer my case from pune (Magarpatta branch) to bangalore location (Whitefield branch).
Even i have visited the jp nagar branch of bangalore location but even they didn't help me in transferring my case. I had a word in indira nagar branch of bangalore location but even still i am awaiting for their reply. I had a word with pune location also but very poor response from there.
I have already paid the complete amount of my treatment. I am highly disappointed with the services provided at richfeel. I feel they just care about the treatment money but they dint even follow up with their patients. I have never got the call from richfeel about the appointment.
I need to know the reason for not transferring my case from pune to bangalore. I hope that i will get some positive response after raising this complaint as the lazy nature of people working in richfeel force me to raise this complaint.
