Rim — very weak signal

i am using reliance CDMA and since 20 or more days its tough to talk due to weak signal and i already made complaint three days ago and it was said it will be resolved within three days, but still i am facing same problem and i am unable to talk within my room, so resolve my problem plz so i can enjoy my service otherwise i have to go for port the number..
