[Resolved] Ringing Bells — Freedom251 mobile Amount debited from credit card but no confirmation on order | |||||
I placed freedom 251 mobile order on 18th feb 2016 @ 9.47 am using credit card after which payment of 291 is deducted it threw an gateway time out. Gateway Timeout The proxy server did not receive a timely response from the upstream server. Reference #1.38a21ab8.[protected].1072ad67 I have a confirmation on payment from CCavenue with order details and reference number. order number FDM[protected] & cc avenue ref no[protected] for INR 291.00 been successfully processed through CCAvenue and forwarded to your merchant. Could you please get me confirmation on order of this mobile. Customer care is not reachable for last 24 hours. I have already dropped email to [protected]@ringingbells.co.in, [protected]@freedom251.com Also submitted form on their contact us page on freedom251.com but I have not received any response till now.
