I joined the loyalty program of ringingbells from the official site of the company and i paid rs.550 for the silver card. I got the card and It was written that i will get free freedom 251 before or on december 31st... but till now i didn't get that and now the site is not opening and i've heard the news that they had closed the company... This same problem me. So I complaint to national consumer helpline and prime minister office. So you can complaint prime minister website for pgportal.in and national consumer helpline.
