RIO TECHNOLOGY offered data entry work
i entered one data entry job on 3/08/2019, and deadline was at 15/08/2019. i submitted the work a day later but i received a call from " Advocate Sagar Sharma" who threatened me with legal action if i do not pay 15000rd buy 12. i being an ### student sent the amount and then he calls again stating to close the case i have to send 15000rs more or a legal file will be sent to my home address. fearing this i sent the money and now they sent an "noc"' email stating my DUE of 30000 was cleared but i checked and in the initial agreement it stated only 10000rs of fines was to be paid. now a year later they call me again telling me i have quickly go to delhi arbitration court tomorrow[protected] to sign documents and if i dont then i have to send and online signature and also ppay 12500rs.
i am really sick of this and understand that the entire thing was fraud and extortion. id like some legal remedy to this. please help.

I took a job at rio technology back in 2018 or 19 i dont remember it clearly it was a work from home job they said the company was based in aurangabad. So what happened was the gave me work of 120 pages I did it and they said my accuracy was less than 90% so the didnt pay me and asked for 9700rs fine. So I paid it as I was scared because they said there will be a police complaint and i will get jailed or have to be 6 figures fine and I didn't wanted that to happen as my father recently died so I took that job and my mother couldnt have handled it alone and I got NOC from the company. After this happened I recieved a call few months later in 2019 or 20 they siad it was a call from delhi court amd I have to come to delhi tommorrow itself and it is impossible for a person to go to delhi from mumbai in one day and I had my exams at that time so they said I will have to pay 12950 rs for digital signature to close the case file. I didnt had that kind of money. So they threatend again with the police threat. So nothing happened and suddenly today 12 jan 2021 I recieved a call at 3:17 pm they said it was a call for gandhinagar court and they said you were absent at the court before I explained it to them they are saying that I have to pay 12950rs for digital signature before 4:15 pm I said I will think about It. I found out that it is a fake company as there are several complaints about that in consumer complaint site but I still want the officials to pay attention to this. I also do not have that kind of money to pay to them. So please help me and several other people who have registered a complaint against them.

[protected] one of their one employee message in whatsapp and offered me a data entry job and registering in 300 rs in with my documents and they made a agreement on a non judicial stam of my name and second party and their own as second party then. They sent me user and they assigned me me 120 pages for data entry work for 12 days but when i started work then i seen and i releasing maybe it's a fraud company then.. I decided i'll quite the job and i'll write a latter of resigning job and mail it.. But company rplyed me and they said (Dear user, if you want to cancel your work then you have to pay cancellation amount. Of 9700 penalty) and (Dear user if you want to cancel your agreement then you need to pay penalty amount for that, otherwise company will handle it legal way as per the agreement

I had a msg in my whatsapp and email-id for part time data entry job. They said to register with 300 rupees and made an agreement of non-judicial stamp. Then they gave me the work of 120 pages to be completed in 12 days. I had 100 pages in 12 days because accident thus why i dont completed work. Advocate adv legaldept ([protected]) called me said to pay 10000 now itself or to pay 1 lakh in court. I payed money also but now they are saying you have to cancellation agreement have to pay 30000 right now other wise to pay 2 lakh in court. Plz help me out for this.

The work is started in august in that time i am not completed.

Im scared so i paid. Again they called to clear noc i should pay 17400 more. They said, If you not pay than my case file goes through and that a notice will go to my house. I scared so I paid that amount also. I have borrowed it from someone. And now im in a big trouble. Please help

Sir, i have received a whatsapp msg from the company name rio technologies as a work from home i have to pay 300 rupees i will receive work of 120 pages that should be completed in 12 days with 90% accuracy they have made an agreement of paying 10000 rupees if i have not submitted the work in time and not maintaining 90% accuracy after my submission they have said that i failed to maintain my accuracy and asked me to pay 10000 i have asked them i am not interested to work with u anymore so cancel my agreement they said for that they will charge 14500 i have paid 14500 i have received noc later a week another member called for agreement cancellation charges that is 16500 i have paid so and received noc and i thought everything was over and even they have said my account details with them will be deleted but later 2 weeks i got a call from saying as indian council for arbitration delhi and asked me to pay 31550 for my case clearance i have paid them the amount and later so on they are blackmailing me for money and case reopen and issuing of arrest warrant if not paying them amount of 3, 50, 000 rupees
They are blackmailing hundred of people and getting their proofs like aadhar card digital signature and passport size photo residence proof as paan card
Please stop them and get my details with deleted please

Rio technology cmpany is not a genuine company. I got a whatsapp message from this company which offered a part time job of data entry. I and registered in that company. My task was, complete 120 pages in 12 days. After the completion i submitted and they replied that i am terminated. After that they asked 10000 rs to pay. Othewise they would file a case on court. So i gave that money. After i got another call. And they asked 20500 rs to cancel my agreement. That also i gave. Then again got a call from another number. And he said he is calling from delhi court and asking 30510 rs to cancel the case. I don't know what to do. My parents also get tensed about it. Plz help us. I want my money back. Pls do something for me.

I applied for part tome jobs in naukri, quiker etc. Then i got a message in whatsapp from rio technology company offering me a part-time job. Then i paid for the 300 as registration fee. Then they asked me to send adhar card details and passport photo,. Later they sent me an agreement in which it is written that if i fail to get the 90% accuracy, i need to pay 10000 to the company as maintenance and utility fee. I agreed to that. Then they send me some agreement software in which i gave my digital signature.. They sent me the agreement along with workload. After 2 days i got injured my hand so i said them i cannot complete ur wrk i want to terminate my wrk they asked to pay first 10, 000 i had paid them again they mail me still u had a due of 4500 i asked them again y ur asking money they said that is utility charges totally i paid 14500 noc department send me the cancel agreement these all happened one month back but from two days again they giving notice to the mail n whatsapp still u had a due of 25500 pay it immediately or warrant arrest we will send notice to ur residence proof they r saying. I'm getting scared off to their msgs financially i'm very low plz help me i want my money back. Plzzz solve my problem as soon as possible. Thank you.

I am doing home based job working in under rio technology in the time period of 1/9/2019 to12/9/2019.in between this days of 4 - 8 i got seviour food poison, so that i cant focus on the job. I ask them for the date extention, but they asked 9500rs as the extention fee. But i dont have at that time, and i didnt get the extention.in 18/9/2019 i resived a mail that showing the letter of advocate. And told me to give them 10000rs. Today the loyer of that company blackmail me to give 10000rs for the registration fees otherwise i will be face the law. I asked for the extention of that fees, but they didnt gave me that much time, first they give me time up to 1:00 clock, then they give 2, 3, 4, 5, but i cant arrange the money, and they said i[censored] didn, t give today, tomorrow it will become 25000 (Extra charge for the removing of case). After that they realize that i cant give the money today so they said, tomorrow 11:00am will be the last day for the payment of the registration fees, but i dont have that money, they are blackmailing me to pay the fund. Help me please...

The company is forcing me to pay extra amount by saying that my work is incorrect and i have made loss to the company and the criteria of cancelling my work us continuous typing but regarding this nothing is mentioned in the agreement they are blackmailing for money and torchering for legal case.. Sir i received the message on whatsapp that if you are interested to work of data entry plz register with 300/- and we will give you 25000 per work and i was in trouble i want money so i pay the money of 300 and registerd then they me a pdf file of 120 pages and i completed the whole work in 12 days they give the qc report that i make 35 spelling mistakes out 120 pages with 31 lines. I was all small small mistakes they are telling your not achieved 90 % of accuracy in your work and your work is rejected so you have to pay the penalty money of ten thousand. I have 12 hours a day to comple all the 120 pages not they are asking to pay money i am in financial trouble so i decided to do work to earn money at home now it is all reverse i am totally scared about this. My friend was fraudulently trapped by this company by using her signature to copy/paste on a bond paper.

She was blackmailed with legal action to pay rs. 10000/-. And now, she has received a legal notice demanding to pay the amount or to face consequences using the forged document.

One in a thousand may retort to such cases. Even if one person fall prey to their claims, they make an lump sum of amount. Just imagine the tens of thousands of people under the influence of these fraudsters.

I request everyone who have fallen for such acts of fraud to please write a line or two and to be brave to face such social nuisances.

But a fraud advocate is calling me and sending messages frequently. They are telling that he is going to file a criminal case against me. His number is [protected].

They asked me for 9700 for not submitting the work on time. After that they started blacking me saying that i need to pay 20500 if i don't want to continue or pay 22000 a and renew the membership. And that even gave me time limit and said that if i don't do this they would take me in court and make me pay 250000. I have paid 9700 and i want my refund. This company doesn't have a registration number or a get number. They make fool out of people and sacre people using the name of court

After 12 days Send me a Massege from Fake Company Jisme likha tha..As we have found that you have NOT COMPLETE your work which is given by the RIO TECHNOLOGY - company, so as per the agreement you need to pay utility charges to the company. But still i messaged them before starting anyt proceedings with them and that i dont want to work and that they should cancel my agreement and that they are fraud. I thought it was over and i blocked the number. But 2 days later they sent me the workload on my email and now i am feeling a little scared. I dont know how to deal further and i want my name and details to be deleted from that fraud company's name and also want my 300 rs back. Help me out.
