I am writing to express my extreme frustration regarding the non-fulfillment of my closet replacement, which has already been marked as "Approved by QA." Despite multiple follow-ups, I have received no product yet.
I am highlighting two specific complaints that remain unresolved:

2. Complaint No: [PCMAP/231225/02] (Registered on December 23, 2025)
Critical Points:
• Safety Risk: The closet is severely cracked. It is extremely dangerous for use, especially since I have small children at home. Any delay in replacement is putting my family at risk of a serious physical injury.
• Dealer Issue: I was informed that the previous dealer is no longer available and a new dealer would be assigned. However, no action has been taken since this update.
Final Warning: If the replacement unit is not delivered and installed within 7 working days, I will have no other option but to approach the Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum to file a case for "Deficiency of Service" and "Endangering Human Safety." I will also be seeking compensation for the mental agony and inconvenience caused.
