I purchased the above vide your Invoice No: TN-MAA[protected] which was delivered to me on 20.03.17.
The issue is that the Menu button, at times, does not respond and does not open the Menu screen. On persisting the JD or Maps App open. but the Menu screen does not come.
This happens at random, not before or after any specific set of operation.
The solution is to reboot the handset.
Pl look into and have the set remedied.
