Rocket Kommerce Llp — ordered one plus 5t but got an iphone box only | |||
This company sent us an used iphone box instead of one plus 5t. Beware from this seller. We have proceeded for returning the phone but amazon.in denied return saying correct item is delivered. I think the employee of rocket commerce and amazon jointly caused this fraud. Please don't buy from here and amazon.in and rocket commerce. We have had several round of email and telephone with amazon.in customer service, but all the time they say is as per the report by our investigation team right product is delivered. So they are the one supplying phone and they themselves investigate about it and draw conclusion. What about customer complain/view and proofs of evidence. I had sent several pictures of the iphone box, they overlooked it completely. Was this information helpful? | |||

This vendor is useless and I cannot know the reason why this vendor is not blacklisted.
If you had got the replacement in similar case, please guide me through the process.
