Rocking Deals — refund not received

I am nikhil singh. My order id is[protected]. I bought a nexus 5 phone which upon delivery by the courier agent i intentionally didn't accept because i had already ordered a different phone form different providers but when the parcel, was returned to rocking deals via dtdc (Through rto). They still didn't give me the refund the phone cost was rs 5477 and was paid only through payumoney to technix electronics pvt ltd on 14/7/2017 but to date the consumer care executive just make excuses that they haven't still received the product/they will refund me within 24 hrs or by saturday or by next week etc. But until today i haven't still received the refund.
