Romano Nx — Refund not issued issued for returned product

I have returned the items bearing return order number R_32109 that is approved and did get a response seeking bank details that they would refund the amount in full (Rs 1347/-) to my bank account on Dec 15, 2021. There after they stopped responding and havent received any refund. Wrote to ROMANO NX, [protected]@romanonx.com. Please assist
