500g cake ordered. Received 250g cake. No message on the cake. Cake was supposed to be delivered on 13th may. It was delivered on 12th may. They asked 250 rs extra as shipping charges which was not intimated during checkout. Then took rs500 instead of rs250. On calling the customer service, they refused to refund. Totally fraud company.
