I order helium balloons and recieve cheap balloons written with pens Happy birthday. Tried to call them one of the mobile no not working another one no one answered the call.
Pls don't order them they are the cheaters.
They asked me to delivery charges INR 250/- and agreed later to waived off. They are the frauds. They don't respect the customer values.
