I had placed an order for the birthday celebrations. Since they said that i have to pay extra i just thought of cancelling and immediately cancelled and they have not refunded the money but they sent me a coupon code but there is no possibility o[censored]sing the coupon code after i ordered another gift.

I placed an order for delivery at midnight slot around 11:55 PM (9 PM-12 AM). The order has been delivered to address before 8PM. How can a company do this blunder thing after having pre-enquiry and confirmation through telephone as well as mail chat. I am attaching all the copies here.
And now I want my complete money of 1299/- back for cheating and befooling customers by giving wrong information. The entire concerned customer executive with whom I spoke Ms. Anjali
and Ms. Priya (telephonic c all at 3.30 PM on 31st july to assure delivery at midnight), Ms. Sophia told complete lie for the commitment that the delivery will be done at 11:55 PM.
They delivered the product at 4 PM.
And the cake so bad and spoiled.
Now the company manager want picks the call or entertain any emails.
