I ordered a cake to be delivered to king faisal university (Kfu), al-hasa, saudi arabia on 24th july 2018. The delivery date was supposed to be 29th july 2018. I paid rs. 4999/- online for the cake. On 28th i received a mail saying it was delivered. However, it was not so. Moreover, 28th was a holiday at kfu. When i called the customer care, i could not reach them on that day. When i again called the customer care on 29th, the agent said it was delivered on 28th. She didn't give any further details of the delivery. It was supposed to be delivered on 29th. This was cheating at the core.
