I order helium balloons and recieve cheap balloons written with pens Happy birthday. Tried to call them one of the mobile no not working another one no one answered the call.

Pls don't order them they are the cheaters.

They asked me to delivery charges INR 250/- and agreed later to waived off. They are the frauds. They don't respect the customer values....

I ordered a cake to be delivered to king faisal university (Kfu), al-hasa, saudi arabia on 24th july 2018. The delivery date was supposed to be 29th july 2018. I paid rs. 4999/- online for the cake. On 28th i received a mail saying it was delivered. However, it was not so. Moreover, 28th was a holiday at kfu. When i called the customer care, i could not reach them on that day. I placed an order for delivery at midnight slot around 11:55 pm (9 pm-12 am). The order has been delivered to address before 8pm. How can a company do this blunder thing after having pre-enquiry and confirmation through telephone as well as mail chat. I am attaching all the copies here.

I had placed an order for the birthday celebrations. Since they said that i have to pay extra i just thought of cancelling and immediately cancelled and they have not refunded the money but they sent me a coupon code but there is no possibility o[censored]sing the coupon code after i ordered another gift.
Now i have neither money or gift. Please help me to get the necessary help....
