Ordered cake n other items worth 1529 rs. Order id 14799. Before placing order i had discussion with customer service. Customer service confirmed me about order delivery on specific location. On event day they refused to deliver my order and spoiled my surprise event. Still without getting angry i politely asked them to refund full amount because it was not my fault.
