I placed an order for the combo product number 24 on 31 july'2017 around 2 pm for the delivery in trivandrum on 31 midnight slot around 11:55 pm. The order number is 7353 worth 1299 rs including the extra delivery midnight cahrges of 299/-.
Before placing the order with the company, i had an email and telephonic enquiry and confirmation for the correct product delivery at the mentioned time of midnight slot (9 pm-11:55 pm). The customer care executives ms. Sopjia, ms. Anjali, ms. Priya guided and commited me that your order will be 100% delivered at your request timings. For which the customers pays midnight extra delivery chareges. The customer will receive no cahce for complaint. I have full chat transcript from the excutives ms. Sopia.
The company cheated me by delivery the spoiled cake around 4 pm. And now the company executives and manger is not responding to the calls and emails of my request. Instead they are terrorring me to go to the court and file the case. We will not help you any way. This was said by ms. Priya.
How can a company can cheat and befool customers money like this in india. Its a very shamefull incident. And the customers are helpless. On their website the company had mentioned such a big big commitements.
I need strict enquiry for the case and needs justice by having my money refunded back.
