I registered for HSRP for my bike on 20th August and scheduled an appointment for 29th August. On 21st August, I called the dealer for confirmation, and he informed me that they only fit number plates for cars, not for bikes. After that, I raised a request with your support team on 22nd August (Request ID: 74910). During the call, your executive assured me that the problem would be resolved before my appointment date, but I have not received any response from the team yet.
Today, I received the following message stating that the number plate has been delivered to the dealer:
"Order ID is MHHXXXXXXXX for Vehicle Reg. No. MH12XXXXXX, your HSRP is delivered to the dealer location. Kindly visit on Actual 29/08/2025 10:00-12:00 Hrs Team Rosmerta."
I called support, and during the first call, I was advised to contact the same dealer for the number plate. However, when I called the dealer, he said he has not received my number plate and that they do not fit number plates for two-wheelers.
I called support again, and the representative said they would raise a new ticket. However, I have not received any response for my previous ticket, so what is the point of creating a new one? When I asked how much time it would take, she said there is no timeline and could not confirm anything.
Could you please suggest which dealer I should visit? My appointment is tomorrow, and I still do not know the dealer's name. What should I do about my appointment?
I am very disappointed with your service. There has been no response from your support team, and every time I have to call, there is still no progress on the issue.
