I wish to bring the following matter to your kind attention, where I had booked form my HSRP on 07/11/2023 and I was given the date of 18/11/2023 between 10-12 noon for the HSRP affixation. However, when I reached the dealer point, Fitment Location: AUTOGENUINE PROJECTS SALES & SERVICE PVT.LTD AUTOGENUINE PROJECT SALES, BUER MORE, BYPASS ROAD, ANISABAD PATNA BIHAR - 800002 ABHISHEK [protected], I was rudely, arrogantly and unprofessionally told that the affixation of HSRP will not be done. When I asked, as when I shall come, they suggested that I need to call them next week and then they will tell. I had booked for the online basis my availability and time. I have registered complaint on bookmyhsrp.com vide complaint no. DLBMH[protected] and DLBMH[protected] as well six times and I have sent at least one dozen emails to them for cancellation and refund on [protected]@bookmyhsrp.com and [protected]@bookmyhsrp.com, however, no one is listening to me and either replying to my emails or calling me.
I would request you to kindly intervene in this matter on urgency and cancel my HSRP booking since I am not in town for the next 3 months and refund my money on priority. Also, this centre must get blacklisted due the way they have handled me. I am attaching few call recordings for your kind reference and analogy as the way the customers are being handled at the dealer point for HSRP affixation. You must take strictest possible action against both the dealer and also on Rosmerta Safety systems private limited.
Waiting for your kind intervention and process my refund on immediate basis.
