I am filing this complaint regarding the unsatisfactory and incomplete HSRP number plate fitting experience for my vehicle MH04FT6143.

Hi. We had previously booked for HSRP number plate for Scorpio Own use vehicle (KA01 MC 9288) on October 16th, 2023.

As per the dealer details provided in the drop down in your webpage and as per the convience we selected dealer "Sidhanth Motors" and our booked slot was on November 03, 2023. But dealer informed that they are dealing only heavy vehicles and goods vehicles. And they rejected to provide HSRP for our vehicle.

Hence, I contacted your team and agent by name Rahul asked to raise email sharing RC book, payment screenshot. I did that. I got mail stating that the plate will be delivered to home address. After that no response and they are disconnecting calls continuously shameless people. Refund the amount.
