Dear Sir/Madam,
I am filing this complaint regarding the unsatisfactory and incomplete HSRP number plate fitting experience for my vehicle MH04FT6143.
I had booked an appointment through the HRBS portal (Order ID: MHHSRP[protected]D2-46) for 21st August 2025 at Sai Point Honda, Thane, between 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. I reached the service center at 11:00 AM, only to be informed that the number plate fitting staff would be available only after 2:30 PM.
Despite this inconvenience and losing half a day of work, I returned at 2:30 PM. At that time, I was informed that only one number plate was available and the other was missing. Worse, the staff told me that they had no idea about the other plate's status, and I should personally follow up with Rosmerta, which is not my responsibility as a consumer.
This clearly indicates poor coordination, lack of accountability, and unprofessional service from both the service center and the HSRP vendor.
I had paid the full amount ₹531 in advance and expected a hassle-free service. Therefore, I request the following:
1. Immediate update and completion of the number plate fitting
2. Written apology and compensation for the inconvenience, wasted leave, and time
3. Assurance of timely and complete service resolution
If the matter is not resolved within 3 working days, I will be compelled to escalate this to the Consumer Court and the Transport Department.
Kindly treat this matter as urgent.
