I booked my HSRP for my car with delivery at Maruti Dealer (bangaloe, Karnataka) . When fixing the plates - Dealer noticed that the sticker has the correct registration number, but the number plates were printed incorrectly. (in correct number) .
For 4 months I have been writing to [protected]@rosmertasafety.com. Each time they claim the corrected plates have been sent to Dealer. I have visited the dealer 7 times now and each time - the dealer is showing me clear records that the new (corrected) plates have not arrived. Frustrating experience with Rosmerta. Their numbers are just dummy and hardly anyone picks and responds. How could central government award a contract for such a non-responsive and incompetent vendor. Their website is not even allowing me to place a replacement order ..even if I want to double pay for their mistakes. Was this information helpful? |
