I had booked RE Himalayan in Dasarahalli showroom, Bangalore. The bike delivery was delayed due to many reasons from the showroom and they instructed me to book the bike in Nagharbhavi showroom. I booked the bike there and got it delivered on Jan 26th. It's been more than a month and I haven't got the refund from the Dasarahalli showroom dealer yet. Can you please do the needful.

I have been visiting the showroom since a month and there is no proper response from the showroom staff. They keep on saying that the manager is responsible but the manager is no where to be found.
I did not expect this from Royal Enfield. My bike's first service is also done and I still haven't got the refund.
Someone from the customer support called me this morning and took all the details.
He mentioned that he will send out a mail to the dealer and me but I did not receive any mail.
It's been 6 months since I booked my bike there and 1.5 months since cancellation.
Can you please provide me the refund at the earliest.
