My BS3 Himalayan has thr battery light constantly ON on the meter. No one is Royal enfield has been able to resolve the matter till date. My bike has spent over 3 months cumulatively in the service center who just believe in getting the bike out of their service center with some haphazard work being done. Service center has falsely taken Rs. 1520 from me under the pretext of repair magneto coil casing threading and replacing GPS however meter still shows the light. Issue has been going on since 4 years. @royalenfield it has been over 2 days since complaint CAS[protected]Z8G2F6 has been created. It has been 7 days since complaint CAS[protected]V2F4W0 was registered by you. No resolution received yet. Not a single person from RE has called yet. Pathetic service. I just keep getting template responses on email however not a single person from RE has called till date. I REFUSE to speak to service center about the matter anymore as they are useless.

      I would like to lodge a complaint regarding my recent service at lamba Royal Enfield’s service center, Subhash Nagar Delhi .
      I had a major issue in my bike continental GT 650, as my third gear was slipping and was not abhe to use my third gear, which was later informed as been broken and need replacement.
      I handed over my bike for repair at lamba service center on 27/1/21.
      They informed me that it would take time to arrange the parts as they may have to be ordered from the Chennai. It took them 2 week to get the ordered and the parts where delivered on 13th of feb .. and I was informed that It will take 2-3 days more to do the installation and test run (as informed by ms priti Dutta -customer service adviser) .. I called them on 16th and they the service provider Mr Balvinder who is suppose to be my service provider told me in a very rude way that it will take more then a week more and i[censored] want your bike then u can take it from who ever has informed u about it .. so I called priti again and Deepak who is the service manager and they assure me that it would take 1-2 more days ..
      Part installation was done on 16th as informed by them and it took them 5 days to test run my bike .. they gave me my bike on 22/2/22 which still had issue .. including the central lock and my blinkers which I got installed from out side were not working .. and when I asked them the reason they proudly quoted, ” we didn’t installed it so we would not fix it” .. I accepted that to but when I took my bike to get it fixed from out side then I got to know that the coupler for my helmet light and boilers have been removed my the service provider ..
      I called the service center for the issue and they informed me that the couplers are there at the center and I can get ut collected from here .. they removed parts of my bike without informed me and they refuse to fix it to ..
      Today at 6:30 I’m waiting here at the service center from last 1 hour and they are searching for the parts which they informed that they have kept safely .. I want someone responsible to call me and address my issue ..
      I have informed the manager of the service center to but no reliable outcome has been provided by these people.
      Even the behaviour of mr Balvinder was so rude with things . They even didn’t completely addressed the issues mentioned on there job card .. I had to wait 2 hours more to get them done with the work which was already mentioned on the job card .
      Kindly let me know what to do now and who will be responding for my lose because I have to pay 8000-10, 000 for the missing parts in my bike.

        Hi this is masuth, I got a new bike Royal Enfield himalayan granite Black on 19/01/2022 with full payment 2.61 L. I'm facing lot of issue on this bike that i never expected. 1. Rear tire wobbling too high wich may pull ride side whenever on riding and also when I leave throttle, bike suddenly getting too slow and sudden stop without applying breakers. It's because of the rear breakers touches on disk plate while the tire hub wobbling. 2.key lock issue. Sometimes key locked that i can't even take lock or on/off the bike in anyway.
        3.fuel meter won't work properly.
        4.heavy brake and middle suspention noise

        I told all these complaints to tirupattur (tirupattur district) tamilnadu, royal Enfield showroom where I got this bike before registration also I paid full payment. they told me they will clear all these issues. But they doesn't clear anything. I'm facing these problems again and again. I went to showroom many times I had completed first service too but no use. They won't clear anything because I'm facing all these problems again and again. And now I saw the front tire and hub wobbling too high.

        My questions are;

        How can a customer ride safely if he/she face this kind of issues?

        How can a sales manager deliver the bike without checking properly?

        How can i go anywhere without bike because they took long time to solve it but till they won't solve any issue whenever I ask they telling me that, they will clear till they won't.

        I'm seeking help from royal Enfield head office please kindly take my complaints
        and solve it as soon as possible.

            Its been just 2 months I replace my petrol tank and mudguard costing around 18000 Rs of my classic 350. Only after 2 months of it, it started loosing its colour with some white dots

              I have classic 350 gun metal grey bike with registration no: PB 19R 6652.

              I have purchased extended warranty from the Manmohan Motors near Gopal sweets, Sunny Enclave, Mohali.
              And at time of purchasing they told me about the parts covered in warranty and they clearly told me that 'Rear Disc Plate' is also covered in warranty.

              About 7 months ago when go for service then their mechanic told me that Rear Disc Plate' needs to be changed. I say ok change it. Then I told their service manager that this part is under extended warranty and change it in warranty. He told me to show warranty card and said that your warranty ends in 2022 Aug so better to change that in next service.

              I said ok and agree to change in next service and now in jan 2022 when I go for service their service manager was changed and I told him that Rear Disc plate needs to be changed but he refused to change it and say that it's not covered in warranty.

              So I am totally disappointed as at time when I purchased extended warranty they clearly told me that this part is under warranty and old service manager also agree to change in warranty but now they are refusing to change it in warranty.

              I need that part changed under warranty. Otherwise there is no reason to trust RE service people and I will never get my bike services from RE. You can check my records that my all services are from RE showroom from the date when I purchased the bike and mostly disc pads are also changed in every service. And I am very disappointed with that behaviour of their people and current service manager.

              I hope you guys will Resolve this issue soon. And waiting for your reply

                I booked a Royal Enfield Interceptor 650 on 07 Jan 2022 and was given a delivery date of 21 Feb 2022.Booking ID is BKG010883DE00586. However, after the period is over, there’s no news of the bike and on asking the customer care, their executive says that Downtown Drag Grey color that I’ve chosen is a very rare color and difficult to prepare. On being asked that how rare could a color be, the guy insulted me saying that you don’t know about the process and it will take another 2 months before the bike is delivered. Lost my interest in the Royal Enfield now.

                  Ignition changed thrice coil twice gear box once and registering complaint thereof.

                  Sir,
                  I am penning this letter with lots of sadness i always had a passion to own a Royal Enfield bike all these years.
                  My dream came true when I purchased Royal Enfield bike Himalayan snow white BS3 in the year 2016. It was my first bike it's been 6 years now.
                  Firstly I never complained even when I faced so many problems with my bike. This many years now i am fed up with this I spent lakhs of rupees on my bike for servicing till now

                  From: SVR motors kompally, Hyderabad.
                  In the year 2016
                  By paying down payment of 70, 000 I took loan to buy this bike
                  After the essential formalities I rode the vehicle for some kms inside city limits.
                  1st disappointment: within 2 months my bike got punctured

                  2nd: it used to make some weird sound. Misfire in the exhaust.
                  Later later realised that it was something related to coil.

                  3rd. I had to change the coil twice.
                  Now the saddest part is ignition.

                  4th i had to change ignition thrice which is very annoying.

                  5 th gear box issue which is there since long time. I had to change it once.
                  I have never seen any bike having such a gear. It's so jammed that I always have to stop the ignition in gear. It so hard to change the gear I never kept my bike in neutral.
                  I have never such a gear in any bike

                  I gave it for regular mandatory servicing on to the authorised dealer from where I purchased it. Still no use only once they have changed coil for free

                  I am sure you will look in to this matter with a sense of seriousness and urgency.
                  I sincerely hope you will not force me to go public with my complaint.
                  I have always trusted Royal Enfield and purchased it with my hard earned money.
                  I have already provided the vehicle details in the initial para above.
                  Expecting and hoping and early decision from your side.

                    I am murugesh from tamilnadu I purchased classic 350(TN63BV5387)on 16 Oct 2020 in Neha motors Karaikudi tamilnadu. I faced lot of problems in my bike. Examples (1) running off, (2) pick of problems (3) chain spracket rear pulley teeth broked and last stating time some engine noise came. I approach murugan motors ramanathapuram I said starting some noise came, so please change one way clutch In under warranty period. He replied, part change warranty period many procedure there here, raise the complainant after take decision in zonal manager. I asked murugan motors what a solution, this is told only payment method change the parts, I didn't give any warranties ... after I paid the money change the parts if you warranty period there please refund my money.. why didn't change the parts in warranty period please explain..

                      This review is regarding service of the Royal Enfield paragon traders Nagpur I gave my Royal Enfield Classic 350 plate no. MH 31 EV 3233
                      For repairs, they kept the vehicle with them for a week saying it required that much time and that the vehicle will be repaired in that time but after picking up the vehicle and driving for almost 15-20 days it was the same story as of before it was not taking self start and got started by only kick and after that I was not able to drive the vehicle as it was not taking acceleration we informed Paragon Service center Nagpur they did not respond properly and after he said a guy will come to the resistance and check the vehicle but it is the 4th day that he says will come and check but no sign of any contact from paragon service center Nagpur.
                      Also the customer care toll free number we dialed the executive was not Cooprative so we have to complain here about this careless and poor behavior of Royal Enfield. I am a big time Royal Enfield enthusiast but due to this behavior of the service centre my enthusiasm for Royal Enfield is fading away. I didn't like it.
                      I request Royal Enfield company to take this into consideration and do the needful.
                      Also this is second time in this year that my bike has been to service and my problem is not still resolved.

                          I purchased royal enfield himalayan (Rock red) from Royal enfield authorised dealer Bharat Motors - Pollachi, Tamilnadu 642001 on 04/01\2022
                          Number - Tn41ay7219

                          Since from day one of delivery i am facing right hand side pulling and handlebar is not straight, it always remains slightly to the right side i.e To keep the bike run in straight direction i must hold the handlebar slightly to the right hand side.

                          I informed the showroom salesman regarding this issue and he asked me to state the error to service person during first service, once i completed 500km with the bike i left it for 1st service at 513km on[protected] and stated there is right hand side pulling in the bike along with some minor issues.

                          The same day evening i received call from Service station saying the service is done. At the time of delivery i didn't have time to check the service done during the day, also i had chance to drive and test properly after two days from the service day.

                          During my test ride i still faced the right hand side pulling and also the handle bar is still not straight, again to drive the bike in straight direction i must hold the handlebar slightly to the right hand side. During this ride due to my work i have completed 200km with the NOT STRAIGHT HANDLE BAR.

                          On 10/02/2022 once again i took my bike to the Service station and reported that still the handle bar is not straight, they checked and said we must change the T STEM for your bike and this will not covered under WARRANTY you have to pay for this.

                          Kindly note - right hand side pulling and the Handle bar not being straight is the issue which i am facing right from the time of my bike delivery, i still couldn't believe the service center person in Bharat Motors Pollachi is saying that this will not covered by warranty.

                          To be noted - for the second time on 10/02/2022 i once again left my HIMALAYAN bike in the service station as advised by the service person. They asked me to wait for one day,
                          but they made me to wait for 2 days, during the waiting period i called 3 times, they said that they are still working on my bike (which they didn't)

                          On 12/02/2022 i went to service station directly and asked about the bike, they immediately said that the bike is ready. I took a test ride BUT STILL THE HANDLE BAR IS NOT STRAIGHT. I again went back and reported it to the service person immediately THEY DID'T RESPONDED PROPERLY.

                            I’m using my bike for last five years still now it has no accident report recently I noticed that chassis had cracked.I’m shocked but seeing it how the chassis was cracked without any reason it’s an manufacture issue. How can i able to drive my bike without safety. I request you to replace the chassis and I will pay for the replacement service charge.

                              I had bought a Himalayan in April 2021 and ever since I have got delivery of the bike it has been having multiple issues. The first issue I had was an engine kill issue. During rides the engine will go dead and somehow out of my sheer luck I haven't had met with an accident. Initially I had thought it must be some random issue, but it soon started having an this same issue frequently. One day on my way to office it failed and I had to somehow tow it back to the service centre. The service centre people said it's some minor software issue which would be soon resolved and they said the issue was corrected for now. The next issue I started having was moisture inside the meter console. I thought it must be a Temporary issue, but often the moisture inside the console would last for days and at time it was impossible to read the fuel gauge meter. I had raised this issue multiple times to the service centre but they haven't resolved it yet. They have been saying that meter consoles are not in supply and would take some time to get it replaced. Now the recent issue I have been facing is again with the engine. During in between rides if i switch off the bike, it refuse to get started back and getting my new bike after an engine switch off became a matter of sheer luck. Sometimes it would do fine and mostly it will not. The issue was so severe that I couldn't trust the bike for even shorter rides. At this point I had also lost my trust on service centre people but anyway decided to take it for a service and get the issue resolved. But even after a month my bike is still at service centre and they are claiming that they are waiting for the company to send them a new fuel pump. I really don't know what the issue is at this point and i don't know when they would give my bike back after resolving the issue. The bike at this point has only clocked under 3500 kms and I feel sorry for myself for buying this bike.

                                I own an Bullet classic 500 chrome 2015 done only 11700km still running on company fitted original tyres, very well kept recently Chassis has developed a crack near side stand bracket attaching the pic for reference this is a sheer manufacturing defect on part of Royal Enfield it's a serious quality and safety issue I demand a free replacement of the Chassis from the company already raised my concern through email to the company but awaiting there positive feedback.

                                  I told about the coplaint towards the showroom
                                  But tey are not wrking towards this
                                  I am just waiting here for long time
                                  Now only tey removed the tyer and teken outside to nearby meachanical shed
                                  But in that shed everone is sleeping
                                  Royal enfield serivice person put the weel here and went away

                                  They all are careless
                                  They are not taking it serious
                                  They dont provied proper information
                                  Actually i am really disappointed with royalenfiled

                                      I had booked one bike on 25/04/2021 but I have not received the bike till now. The booking ID, Booking invoice and accessories booked has been attached herewith . I want refund of my booking.

                                        I am Dixith BV from Bangalore Kengeri - 560060. I had booked Royal Enfield Meteor supernova brown bike at Accelerate Motors, Mysore Road Bangalore Kengeri – 560060, Advance was made on 28 Dec 2021 and I received the call from outlet person saying if payment is made we will receive the delivery within one week hence we made the payment on the same day (04/02/2022) of his call. However, there was no response from the showroom person even after multiple calls once the payment was done. I am continuously following up with the dealer regarding bike delivery. After completion of 3 days, we visited the showroom and dealer on a random basis for the delivery of my bike. Now almost 3 days have passed but there is no sign of delivery. Every time I ask about this point, they say that the bike is in transit from the plant, How can they take a booking and hold me for such a long time if the production is not there. I have seen other meteor bikes of different colors arriving but why not mine? Dealer assured me to deliver the bike on 11th of February and again failed to deliver, this is totally unexpected, and I have been receiving bad experiences every time I pay a visit to the showroom, not receiving any updates but fake promises. Gone are those days where re customers were supposed to wait for bike delivery, i believe royal enfield is not an ordinary brand.

                                        I planned to take delivery of my bike on 11th February 2022. But I failed after so many follow ups.

                                        It is very bad & they are destroying Royal Enfield company reputation by misguiding valuable customers.

                                        My sincere request to please take a strong disciplinary action against this dealer point.

                                        I hope you understand my pain for the issue.
