Royal Enfield — Booking Confirmation Not Received

I have booked bullet 350ES online from the Royal Enfield website online on[protected]. I make a transaction of 10000, my transaction id is VHMP[protected] and my registered mobile number is [protected]. But till now I didn't receive any confirmation or booking id neither by message nor by mail from their side. I have written a mail to their customer support but didn't get any reply. When I'm calling their customer support they didn't even know how to handle customers. They were talking to me so rudely and don't provide me any resolution. They were just escalating the issue again and again. After escalating the query they don't provide me any ticket no. for this. Now I'm writing to you because now I'm fed up with their customer support and Royal Enfield services. I hope that you will surely help me. I don't even trust that their services are worst like this because Royal Enfield is a very known brand in the market for so many years. I'm requesting you to kindly help me to solve this issue.
