Sir/Madam,
I have booked continental Gt 650 ( ice-queen ) on 19/10/2020 with full payment. They said bike will be delivered by end of month (OCT-30), but on till date i haven't received it. By calling Manager of the showroom regarding delivery query, he isn't responding with appropriate answers or reasons. So, i approached to Regional Manager but still I didn't get the proper answer. Kindly take the given information as a request and accept my complaint. Ensure that this doesn't repeat in future to any respected customers.

    Hi,
    I am facing issue regarding the service parts not available at all your branches in jalandhar. I stuck on the road in evening non 4th of Nov 2020 near LPU due to race wire broken within 3 month from the date of purchase. I regularly was calling to your all dealership available in jalandhar but they have no response to resolve my problem as they said, no stock of the same wire of BS6 Royal Enfield Classic gunmetal grey . I have go walk alone to home and still not resolve .So kindly take it priority to resolve the problem and I am waiting your response .

        Hi Team,

        I have booked Himalayan Gravel Grey on Aug 7th and they had given 45 days of delivery time. That 45 days postponed for first time to oct and 3rd time to 3rd week of October for Dushera that also failed again they came up with oct last week which was also fake and they said November first week again failed to keep their promise.

        Now the latest date you can think!!!

        I have written mails, lodged complaints thrice and there isn't any proper update.

        I just got this new link and I'm writing my disgusting experience taking delivery ( which has not happened).

        I can also show the proof that people who has booked bike on Aug 7th 2020 has already taken delivery in Pune and I'm staying close to Chennai plant that is Karnataka is not getting Delivery.

        In this video exactly at 3:23 time she has mentioned the details of Booking and the delivery, if first come first serve is the policy then why I didn't get the bike on time ?

        I'm writing this complaint to release my frustration and nothing else.

          I have classic 350 in which i felt it has sudden break issue as i meet an accident . Then i visited their services center 7 times officially and 2 -3 times unofficially .on complaint raise on customer care a person Vishal (ASM) from RE should take care of my complaint . He has zero customer dealing capabilities as i came across his behaviour, i always follow instructions he given to me atlast inspite of all proof on the basis of testing by other person including service station that break was main cause of accident, he closed complaint by saying not from his side but by service station side that they diagnosis my bike and found ok . If it's okay why they take it ten times on service platform, they also show me some error on diagnosis why they happened, they changed two relay if it's okay why they do that . Inspite of this all they opened engine of bike if it's okay then they all treat with my bike like a dead body and done all postmortem . In short they all trying to play with customers life as well as other person's life who could be in front of running bike .
          They never mail me back, they are pressurized me to take that bike and convert myself in dead body .
          Worst bike worst service station worst employees .
          With all experience Royal Enfield is not a brand but it's only a shop that doesn't has any responsibility of products they manufacturing and sale .

          Royal Enfield and it's partners are big liar, first they took bike repair it by all audio recording or photos or other persons in which presence they accepted bike has problem .
          In spite of they know i have every evidence they are just withdrawing from they accepted now they are saying bike has no issues.
          A big big liar company

            On the date of 14/10/2020, I gave my Motor Cycle ( Regn. No. WB52N1677, Chassis No. ME3U3S5C0CA113206, Engine No. U3S5C0CA113206, Model Name - Bullet 350ES-ELECTRA RED ) for servicing and maintenance at Royal Enfield Service center, Krishnagar, Nadia. West Bengal. PIN- 741101.
            During the delivery time the service center employee forced me to pay without test drive and harassed me by saying slang words. Name of that employee is Biswajit Chakraborty.
            Is this the delivery process of Royal Enfield, If it is so, then I will complain to the Consumer Court of India.

              I have purchased classic 350 from brahma motors pune 2 months before there was a problem with back tyre was making some kind of noise when called brahma motors they told me to bring the bike at showroom i told them i dont have time to bring bike so pls send some to pick it up but they replied man power is not there so they cant send anyone & after some days they called me for bike 1st servicing when i told them i cant come they said they will send the technician at my place now thats what i call service after sales i got the job done from dhone service center now there is a problem when i start my bike it makes noise when i showed to company service centre dhone in marketyard they told me there is problem with motor & it will take 15 days to solve as the motor is not available as it is a
              B6 engine so i want to know when i will get
              My issue solve & also there is no pick up & drop facility for bike from brahma motors if any issue is there because u dont get paid fo that job but yes u can send a technician i[censored] want to get your bike service because u r getting paid for that from brahma motors

                  Hello, Royal Enfield

                  This is regarding about the amount of 10k which I paid as on 28feb 20 for continental GT 650 in Mayhem colour.

                  As on 2nd oct 20 I have submitted the request for cancelling the request bike since from past 7 months was not enough for you guys to deliver the bike.

                  The real issue now that I have submitted the request for cancellation earlier they said within 10 days the amount will be transferred and now it’s been 26 days plus when I call the company they don’t take it seriously and cut the call.

                  Can you guys tell me is this how your company operates with customer and when I can get my money back I don’t need any Royal Enfield bikes now thanks to your fabulous service.

                  This is related to AMBEY MOTORS ( 140 B- Pataliputra colony Patna 13)

                  I have attached the invoice receipt in the attachment

                    Hello Myself Dhirendra Kumar (Mob. [protected]). I have purchase Thunderbird 350X in month February-2020 From Saurabh Automobile Faizabad Road Melahiya Bag Akbarpur- Ambedkar Nagar.With in six month from purchase following problem has been occurred:-
                    1.Odometer (Replacement Date[protected]
                    2.Fuel tank (Replacement Date[protected]
                    3.carburetor (Still Pending)

                    In first three month odometer of my bike was replaced by agency and in next three month another problem of fuel tank was found. Service agency replace my tank in warranty, but still its fuel indicator and main reserve is not working properly. After replacing fuel tank another problem of pick up occurred. They said Your bike carburetor is found defective and you have to replace it. Due to these problem i was stuck on my way 3-4 time in the night, that was very disappointing and upsetting for me. Service of this agency is very poor and their mechanics don't have proper knowledge of their profession. From last one and half month they are pending my carburetor replacement request. When we call them they talk arrogantly and rudely. My bike is still not working properly and i am very dis pointed and upset with this problem. Please do some favor to me .

                      My bike battery is dead due to lockdown as I was at nagpur n my bike was at pune given my bike at platinum service center Fatima nagar pune they told it will resolve on Tuesday as I went today they said again 4 days later already given bike 4 days happen and have not received RC book too ...just 4 days happen I came to pune n this all things happening and before lockdown at went to this center for bend pipe was burning n change the color that issues is also still not cleared..how much time it will take to change the battery in warranty is this the way prime customer are deal...?
                      If this happens how can I refer someone to take this bike

                        I am RajKumar from Delhi, 25 Aug 20, I booked a RE classic 350 efi stealth block from Centrum motorcycles LLP, Naraina vihar, Delhi through csd canteen. Sales person at the time promised me in writing that they just provide me the bike in 60 days.
                        Amount ex showroom price and booking amt already deposited in csd canteen and showroom respectively. Letter of collection of bike deposited to showroom, but till date no bike delivered to me.
                        I am really very bad experience with manager (Mr. Naren) and owner of this showroom in behavior.
                        Sir, please look into the matter and do the needful asap.

                          I have interceptor 650 with 2300 km running.After first year servicing the vehicle has developed a problem of not starting.I have registered with RSA with case id T[protected] to which they sent a technician from A.T.Motors Maharashtra some 90kms away from where my vehicle is located instead the nearest service station is 3kms from me.The technician had zero knowledge of interceptor 650 and he was unable to do anything.So i got a call from RSA stating they will tow my motorcycle on Monday to the nearest service station shri munishwar motors.Till now they have not attended my motorcycle.

                            After latest usual service cycle of my RE 500 2017 model, i was coming back to home and suddenly i found petrol leaking in form of spray above engine. i could not understand the issue so i went home and came back to service center for resolution after 1 or 2 days somehow with stops whenever spray intensity increases as There was a great risk of bike catching a fire being the engine gets heated soon. Anybody with investigation authority can match the distance travelled with the bike after service. Service center keep record of it.

                            They told me the fuel pump and pipe joint is broken and the pump and pipe need to be changed. I asked, it was in perfect shape while i brought it to you for service, How it got broken. They asked me to buy a new pair for close to 12 K to 14 K close to and i cannot start it because engine can catch fire and so the bike if i start and run it because it was falling over engine in the form of powerful spray. The most important part of this is that the service center don't give printed service receipts. They say you will get it on mail but same never received.

                            I asked for the same so they were having issue with their printers and cannot provide. When they watched that i am not convinced with their explanation they said its a known issue with RE 500 models and company can provide you both parts on goodwill. And asked me to wait for the revert of email sent to Area Sales manager. He rejected the goodwill request and then service center people asked me that they can wix it with leakage sealing paste unofficially. But it did not work so they again started pushing me to buy the parts. I did not buy and raised complaint against the service center to the customer care. After 1 or 2 days they somehow called and confirmed they got approval for changing the part on goodwill ans asked to wait for 5 to 7 days for the part to reach and getting fixed.

                            After 7 days they asked me to wait more 7 to 10 days. I did. and now they asked me to wait 10 more days as they do have that part available in inventory but company has asked them not use it because they are sending some different type of part for durability. The details of which they are not sharing to me even after regular follow ups. Now i again tried to reach customer care to help resolution and providing me status of the part but they dont have any nfo on it. They keep telling me your part is approved.

                            I told them if company dont have money to do courier it then they can tell me i will bear the courier charges for it but they again asked to wait. I was very angry with this behaviour and response from team. Even after close to 20 days nobody from concerned authority called me or informing me where is the part and if they have that in inventory why they are not putting it and asking to wait for some different material part.

                            Serive center guys tell me to ask customer care. Customer care connect me again to service manager. He now ask me to wait 20 days (or more). They have so much strength to harass the customer with this. And when i shouted at customer care they saying i will get call from concerned authority. But not getting any. Even while writing this i again had discussion with them that connect me with someone who can resolve this or else i am raising this to consumer forum. They said cluster manager not responding or something and said i will get call again tomorrow from concerned authority.

                            I am fed up with this diplomatic talk cycle and i wont keep this bike even after resolution of this issue.

                            Even their service center guys said that they dont go deep servicing this particular bike segment as they dont want to get in trouble afterwards. Why? Are these people not trained enough or what?. They say, As these bikes are faulty and tough to handle.

                            SO THAT MEANS THESE SERVICE CENTER GUYS SAY THAT YOU SHOULD NOT HAVE BOUGHT THIS BIKE. ?

                            WHY SALES GU DID NOT TELL ME THAT THIS BIKE WILL GIVE E HARD TIME AFTER SOMETIME. INSTEAD OF GIVING ME TRIP TO HEAVEN WITH WORDS ABOUT ITS FEATURES. ?

                            This complaint is regarding the worst service experience with Mandola Royal Enfield Service center for not providing the part on time and keeping bike at their premises for more than 20 days. Every time trying to reach to them and customer service department for resolution.

                            I have call recording s with everyone if needed in case.

                            Please help !

                                  Booking Confirmation Not Received

But till now I didn't receive any confirmation or booking id neither by message nor by mail from their side. I have written a mail to their customer support but didn't get any reply.                                   I booked RE Himayalan at Kolar, KA on 24 August for which they committed to deliver after 60 days. When I phoned them for an update on this. They asked me to wait for next 30 days. Why am I being played around? Could you please check and update?
                                  The staffs at this Outlet is not helpful.

                                    I purchased a royal enfield classic 350 efi classic black model on 06.07.2020 with engine no U3S5F1LF299887. I do my first service on 18/08/2020.On 19.10.2020 while I am returning from my relative's house with my little baby girl I faced starting problems again and again... after trying hard though it started, after coming near about 10 /12 km the accelerator cable broken while I am on national highway with my girl child.company took my bike for repairing and returned me on 19.10.2020 evening. From then I not used it.But today morning when I started my bike for attaining an important meeting again I face the problem .This time whenever I started my bike and put it on gear the bike suddenly stopped again and again. My question is that i purchased bike few month ago and only after three months i am facing so much distrubance and harrasment . still i am a warrenty customer company resolves my problems.but what will happen when warrenty will over? If there is any manufacturing fault pls cheack it properly and resolve the issue. I dont want to face same kind of problems again and again in future. I am biker and offetn set out long distance for adventure.what will happen if same problem happen when travelling outside frm home town ????????? Pls resolve the issue. I am verry much disappointed with my new bike.
