After service they pointed out that the mc kit of front disk break of my vehicle should be changed to ensure full braking capacity. On[protected] i approached the newly opened service centre kms automotives koyilandy. They inspected my vehicle and suggested that mc kit has to change. On the inspection all other parts of the disk break are intact. So i decided to change the mc kit and give my vehicle to them for the job. After that there were no response from service centre for two days. So i contacted them to know the status. And they said that the service is done. So i went there to pick my vehicle. The billed amount was rs 1929/-. As the mc kit, dot 4 oil and its labor charge are only below rs 700/- i asked them about the excess bill and they replied that the break hose has leak so it also changed. As we know that our classic 350s break hose has no leakage when we give the vehicle for service and i am sure that they mishandled my vehicle and cause the leakage and without informing us they changed the break hose and try to bill us on the above matter. As we are so sure that there were no such leakage before. And we were using the vehicle without any leakage problem. As the mc kit has a defect the only problem was sometimes the break won't perform well but other times there were no problems when breaking. As it was their mistake i was not willing to pay the bill and they changed the break hose to the old one and now my vehicle has no front break at all. And as i told them that i will complaint this to the royal enfield they reduced my bill to rs 314 without any labor charge but they are not willing to change the break hose and my vehicle ended up without the front break by their careless and irresponsible handling. Then i have to take back my vehicle from them without front break. So i decided to complaint about this. Please take this matter seriously and take the necessary actions on the same.
