Dear sir,
I have booked a thunderbirdx 350 before 3 months from the delar of royal enfield at apollon motor - dhulagarh, howrah. 31 aug'18 i have completed my full payment after available there stock of my vehicle. They will say after doing temporary registration they will deliver my vehicle. It's ok, on 5th sep'18 at 3.15 pm i got a msg from vaahan for complete my temporary registration. But the salesman (Mr. Sourav) say he can't deliver my vehicle at the next day when i called him he say that the broker of that delar can't sent my temporary registration papers next day, it will take more two days. I should wait for next two days, i have no option. After that on 7th sep'18 i called that salesman several times but he didn't pickup my phone. It's very bad experience for me to purchase a dream bike. No responsibility of that salesman of that delar & no communication with customer.
I will very much thankful to you if i get vehicle on 8th sep'18 where as my temporary registration was done on 5th sep'18.

    Sir,
    I have purchased a royal enfield bike model classic 350 from kaizen motors, vytilla, kochi. I had a paid service in july at valliyathu motors muvattupuzha, after the service i found oil leakage from engine. We complaint about it to the service center. But there is no response from their side till now. So hereby i request you to repair the engine as soon as possible.

        Dear rooster automobiles

        I have booked thunderbird 350 stone black my order dated 20 july, the bike have not yet reached us. This has been causing considerable inconvenience and we have been put to a great emotional overwhelming distress and financially

        The orders were placed with you on the explicit understanding and you promise that you would execute the orders within a 1 month. The fact, that you have taken undue time and have not yet delivered the bike has put us to great loss in expecting on valuable day. Which i may seek compensation for from you

        A prompt action is expected from you.
        The clear statement from my side is explained below

        I have filed a complaint consumer forum :899133

        (I have book royal enfield thunderbird 350 stone black on july 20 at rooster auto mobiles. At the time of booking dealer told me that it will be delivered within 30 days time period. I am continuously following up with dealer regarding this issue. After completion of 1 months when i physically visit dealer point for delivery of bike on that time he straight way denied to delivery the bike after 30 days. Now almost 45 days completed but he has not delivered the bike to me. Every time when i call showroom their reply is saying that we are not getting bike from plant, so we can not do anything. Dealer responding me every time like this after repeated follow up with dealer point.
        Actually i paid my booking amount rs 5000 on july 20. Sales person on showroom told that bike will be delivered even before 30 days and in booking receipts and its clearing mentioned the waiting period is 30 days. As per billing they must deliver my bike on august 20. After further requests for dealer side they told give 1 week time and 3 days for rto registration. That i can take delivery by end of august month end as my birthday falls on august 31 and paid the bike value of rs 1, 63, 245 on august 25 and august 27 on ready cash method.
        And planed to take delivery on august 31.

          Myself sajeesh, i had owned a standard 350 on 03/09/2018 from vibrant automotive. On the same day it came to notice that it has a over pull towards right side. My vehicle carried to royal enfield service center on the very next day.in according to me pdi inspection was not done properly. U have copermised in quality. Shame on ur respected company..

            Hii sir am sulfi from kerala
            Am purchased new royal enfield gun metal 350 five months ago. I purchased first week breakdown my bike. And again second week breakdown. Second service finishing ma bike missing all time. I purchased sanjo motors peeumbavoor. Sanjo motors service people very bad service showroom. All time time customers crashes service maneger. Plz accpept ma complaint

              Sir i have Royal enfield classic 350 purchase date is 05.10.2017 my problam is my bike silencer is oveeheated thatsby my silencer bend pipe colour changed. And bcoz this issue bike engine is also vry heat. I am done my 4th free service one month ego in noida and i have complaint my issue that service center and he is accepted my issue but they have not the extra bend pipe so he is giving me 15 days time. But i am change my current city right now and i am going to the nearest service center (somya motors pvt. Ltd. Gwalior) and also explain my issue but he is not shortout my issue they said this is not changeble parts i have complaint many times the cousomer care but they are also not received my complaint so please solve my issue.

                Hi re team,

                Awaiting for quicker resolution from your side at earliest as i have been waiting for quite some time now. My order was placed on 13th august and received the product of xl size on 20th august. Its been 9 days now since i have raised the exchange request and fail to understand why so much lag from your side, when i can see on your website the product of l size available in your stock.

                This is my fist buy from re website which is very disappointing as i could have procured the ordered accessories in local market in no time. Request you to kindly ship me the l size exchange product immediately and collect the xl product shipped to me or exchange with a different model.

                Today got a call from the concerned manager stating that he can only help with the refund of the product against my request to replace the said shipped product (Which they claim to be out of stock) for short riding v2 gloves.

                My intial order # 29511 was for polar gloves black, l size, which i placed an order for on your website. The discount price was rs.2200/- against actual mrp of rs. 4700/-. After 5 days of placing order successfully on your system, i get a call from your team stating that the said model of the particular size is not available, but instead they convinced me to try xl size, which i could exchange for a different one, if needed.

                After accepting the order, now i'm being denied to exchange the product for a different one of my size. Now what's the point of your website sale services when you all don't intent to satisfy customer. Since last 15+ days i have paid you for an product of no use to me and with zero customer satisfaction for a functional lag from your end.

                If this was the service i had been aware of, i'm very certain that there are many customer friendly dealers out in market who i could have approached.

                  I had purchased a bike form up.
                  It was running very good after 1st service and my 1st service done in uttar pradesh. When i had visit lamba enterprise pvt ltd for 2nd service after that some problems increase in my bike one major problem in missing i had visit at least 7time but no one resolve the issue. 3rd service also done from lamba enterprise pvt ltd rama road but i am facing to much problem and front brack jaam also a major problem in my bike i had told many time but no one cares.

                    This is s. Karthick selva kumar. I purchased royal enfield thunder bird 350 cc on may 2018 from nagarbhavi k. R. Motors (Bangalore). I have been facing so many troubles daily in r e thunder bird bike. 1. Kick start and self start was not working whenever i'm trying to start the bike. 2. I felt vibration is more while driving. 3. Neutral is not comming properly. I informed to k. R motors show room (My dealer) they said simply no issue in that bike after that i hand over my bike to kengeri show room. They also not rectified the issue. Same problem happened again and again. Please change and give another bike.

                    Dear Sir,
                    I had owned new classic 350 in 2016. The vehicle had runned only 21000kms. Now the engine crank bearing had been worn out and heavy tapped noise. I am not getting proper service from the showroom I got the vehicle delivered. Kindly suggest me to get a proper service from your side to overcome this problem.

                      I gave my bike, royal enfield classic 350 redditch green with registration number dl8scc5478, for service on 27/08/2018 at royal enfield service station, naraina, new delhi. The service advisor mr. Harjeet singh received the vehicle and did not mention if there was any scratch on the petrol tank and if the paint was torn off during the time of receiving the bike for service because there was no scratch on it. When i received the bike after service i noticed the paint was taken off from the petrol tank, but mr harjeet singh was not available at the time of delivery after service. Mr. Kuljit singh was the advisor who delivered the bike to me and he was trying to convince me that the paint was already off when i gave the bike for service, but when i confronted him, he made me talk to mr. Harjeet singh, who received my bike for service and he agreed on the phone that when he received the bike for service the paint on the tank was completely fine but after washing, when the bike was getting cleaned, the paint from the tank was scratched by the cleaner. He asked kuljit singh who was present at the service station to click the pictures of the bike registration and of the scratched paint on the tank so as an email could be sent to royal enfield head office, so that they could guide properly that what could be done further to resolve this issue. Mr harjeet said that it usually takes more than a month but the company gets the tank changed so i agreed to it and asked him to please do the needful but today mr harjeet singh called me again in the morning and asked me to get my bike again to the service station as the pictures clicked yesterday were not very clear. When i went in the morning with my bike, he checked it again and said that a lot of similar complaints are being received from customers nowadays and changed his views on it and said that mostly the company does not give any reply to these issues and the cases remain pending. I asked to provide me with the complaint number so i can follow up with it, but he said that it is not possible as the complaints are made through computer generated process only. While the advisor was clicking the pictures i also wanted to click the pictures so i could keep it as proof but another advisor stopped me from clicking the pictures of my own bike, and i agreed to him. I am writing this email as to know how soon can this be resolved. I am even enclosing the pictures of the service receipt with the date mentioned and also of the scratch on my bike. I want to get the issue resolved soon because right now the scratch is a small one but by time, it would increase as the paint has been taken off and it is easy to scratch it even with fingers be it intentionally of by chance.
                      Would request to provide me with a positive outcome of the compliant.

                        This is to notify that our two wheeler has undergone continuous starting problem from the next day of purchase (15th august 2018). When we took it to the service station dated (24th august 2018), it was repaired by cleaning the carburetor and we were informed due to that fuel is not injected.

                        But it didn't give us a permanent solution to the problem, since we faced the same issue yesterday (8/26/2018) and we suspect it is a manufacturing error.

                        We are so regretted to have this problem very frequently and still didn't reach any solution. We request your help/immediate action in this regard to get this issue rectified.

                          I’ve just bought a new royal enfield classic 350 from an authorised dealer. Its been 4 months and has covered a distance around just 3000 kms. Serviced twice as per the user’s manual directions and has never gone under any accidental or faulty situation. The chain was continuously making sound from past 3-4 weeks and since i visited the service station i’ve been told that i’ve to replace the chain on my own.
                          How am i supposed to pay for a fault that has not been made by me.

                            I bought new re redditch red last friday. Sales department never guide me as to maintain below 60kmph till 500km (First drive). Now my bike reaches 650km, how to i recover my engine? They don't even inform many kind of maintenance instructions. Even one tvs xl heavy duty sales personality guide his customer to ride below 50kmph till first service. This is worst sales department i've ever seen in my life. Take any action on this regard.

                            I have serviced my RE Classic 350 Reditch Red on 15080 KM from Sherya Auto World Alambagh Lucknow UP. after that my kick is too loose and engine sound tic tic and when throttle up its sound horrible. when i go for complain they said that's genuine RE voice and not response .

                              Sir,

                              I booked a thunderbird 350 x on 11th may 2018 (Bkng[protected] from intrepid works, 6/647, koppan arcade mele pattambi, palakkad road, pattambi - 679306. They promised me to deliver my bike with in 90 days approximately and for now it just crossed 101 days. Even today the dealer has no clue on the expected delivery date. For the last few days the dealer not attending or picking my calls. As a new product we can accept the delay in delivery but not the way you handle your customers.

                              I do not understand what kind of service is provided when you cannot keep up your promise or can't reply to your customers. Is taking money is just the
                              Preference of re???

                                I was shocked at service centre for 6th paid service for classic 350 that at 14000 km's approx there is need for sprocket kit change. Teeths were damaged. Yeah i ride it rough, but this machine is made for rough and tough. Why it is called bull!! Just for kidding ourselves?? Totally disappointed. I had passion plus for 10 years and not even once there was need for changing the sprocket kit. Why can't re design these things with modern technology. Why can't they change wheels to alloy saving users from puncture. Because we ourselves are blindly buying re bikes overlooking all its cons. And they don't care till there sales are high...

                                  My bike has stopped working for the 4th time after giving it to service centre for 3 times in 4 months. After replacing the old battery with new just 2 months ago, the bike is showing the same ever existing problem of not self starting and showing the battery low sign even after riding it for long distance without headlights on. The battery is new so it was not the batteries fault but it is the bikes fault and the service centres fault for not fixing the problem. I paid 2500rs for new battery installation as service center guys suggested but it seems that was not the problem and my money was wasted. I feel it is the company's fault for making a defective bike. I had to towe the bike all the way to worli from powai as it stopped in the middle of the road again for the 4th time in 4months.
                                  I'm irritated fedup and tired with maintaining this royal enfield himalayan as it has been towed more then i have ridden it.
                                  I want the company to take this defective bike back and give back my money.

                                      I m from pune. I have taken 2 nd servicing on 17aug in siddh auto.
                                      I visited the servicing centre near 12 :30pm and submitted the vehicle. I asked them to change engine oil also. I came back by 6pm to collect my vehicle.
                                      I found they my bike was standing and servicing was not yet started. Neither they cahnge engine oil nor they chean chain for which i paid total 1310/-
                                      This is the worst service of royal enfield. Without giving service how they charged 1310/-
                                      My. Vehicle was in the same condition when i submitted.
                                      Not even they wash the vehicle nor any servicing procedure was done.
                                      This is completely fraud case..
                                      After finding vehicle in the worst condition, when i asked them how they charged me money, they don't even listen and bother to reply, they were running here and there.
                                      Never expected... From royal enfield.
                                      It's like they only want to fool people by collecting money on the false name of servicing.
                                      I need my money... For which zero service received.

                                        It's now 10months since i buyed classic 350, it's having problem of engine noise since 1st service.
                                        The workshop members told me they'll solve my issue but they are not resolving my issue. It's a very big issue, they kept my bike for 5days and did nothing, the noise is same as before.
                                        Please help me to overcome from this situation as soon as possible.
