Sub: Royal Enfield bike delivered with manufacturing defect and registering complaint thereof.

Sir,
I am penning this letter with deep sense of anguish, annoyance, shock and disbelief.
I Kamal Radhwani, always had a passion to own a Royal Enfield bike all these years.
My dream came true when I purchased Royal Enfield bike Model No: Classic 350 REDDITICH RED

By paying full amount.
After the essential formalities I rode the vehicle for some kilometers inside city limits. Right from the day one the engine stopped every time I rode it.
I thought it should be a minor problem with a brand new vehicle so I gave it for regular mandatory serviceing on 09/02/2021 to the authorized dealer from where I purchased it. After that when I checked the problem still persisted.
The dealership kept the bike for more than a week and it is still with them as on date. When I called them they said that a spare part has to be changed in the gearbox and the part is not available with them.
That was my first shock how can a brand new Royal Enfield get gearbox complaint needing a spare part change.
When i whent to the workshop I was shattered and shocked to see that they had completely dismantled the engine .
People in the dealership namely Prashant, Gayatri and Sandesh never responded to any of the question. They kept me waiting, without telling any reason for the delay.
In a state of shock I lodged serious complaint and protest to the concerned people in the dealership.
The answer was that they will repair it with no time frame given. The bike is still lying with them since 09/02/2021 till date.
Now the question is, totally trusting the Brand Royal Enfield I purchased it only to know that a defective vehicle was sold to an honest customer like me.
This is more than cheating the customer which is not expected from your Brand.
Please check the facts with your dealer and either refund the amount paid or exchange with a new vehicle.
I am sure you will look in to this matter with a sense of seriousness and urgency.
Even after buying a new bike I am without it since 09/02/2021 .
Let me repeat with conviction that I am not going to accept this bike any more.
I am ok only with these two conditions, either you refund my money or exchange with a new one.
I sincerely hope you will not force me to go public with my complaint.
I have always trusted Royal Enfield and purchased it with my hard earned money.
I have already provided the vehicle details in the initial para above.
Expecting and hoping and early decision from your side.

I have purchased Royal Enfield meteor 350 bike KA 16 ER 8060 from Jilu bike showroom Hiriyur. My bike has crossed 5000 km. from past three days I have been trying to get my bike serviced, 2nd free service. The showroom in Hiriyur has not been responding properly. Every time when I visited to the showroom to get my bike serviced the staff of the showroom asked me to come tomorrow, day after tomorrow. I am very much fed up with this kind of reply by the showroom. I am unable to ride my bike as my bike has not been serviced and It is difficult for me to do my job due to this bike service problem. This review is not about the vehicle or its function, this about the dealers and their behaviour towards the customers. I bought the vehicle a month ago from I-Speed dealers in Chennai . today at 9 am i fixed an appointment at the service centre. I waited for almost an hour but nobody responded, when i came back to the showroom, the Manager himself behaved very badly and rudely. Also the dealers had promised me for services at the showroom itself. I-speed has very poor service and behaviour. With this i request the company to take this into consideration and do the needful.
This review is regarding service of the Royal Enfield paragon traders Nagpur I gave my Royal Enfield Classic 350 plate no. MH 31 EV 3233
For repairs, they kept the vehicle with them for a week saying it required that much time and that the vehicle will be repaired in that time but after picking up the vehicle and driving for almost 15-20 days it was the same story as of before it was not taking self start and got started by only kick and after that I was not able to drive the vehicle as it was not taking acceleration we informed Paragon Service center Nagpur they did not respond properly and after he said a guy will come to the resistance and check the vehicle but it is the 4th day that he says will come and check but no sign of any contact from paragon service center Nagpur.
Also the customer care toll free number we dialed the executive was not Cooprative so we have to complain here about this careless and poor behavior of Royal Enfield. I am a big time Royal Enfield enthusiast but due to this behavior of the service centre my enthusiasm for Royal Enfield is fading away. I didn't like it.
I request Royal Enfield company to take this into consideration and do the needful.
Also this is second time in this year that my bike has been to service and my problem is not still resolved.
My bullet electra zet bs 6 model run 15000 kilometers.
Has faced chain sucker problem
I complained several times in showroom.
About the warranty .
Now they are refusing about the warranty.
If the parts are very low quality .why we go for Royal Enfield.
I sent my new Hunter 350, just 45 days old and logged some 100 kms for my so called first 'free service'. The Vehicle had a serious complaint, the engine hazard light comes on every now and then. I specifically mentioned this to them.
The next issue was with the number plate, it was hanging to one side.

They serviced it and brought it back. The hazard light continues to be on. The number plate still hanging.

After the free service they sent me bill of Rs 2567.25.

I paid the whole amount. Just tell me why should a free service cost me so much? I had asked for nitrogen filling and tyre balancing. Charging for that is okay, but what about the remaining Rs 2000?

I am attaching the video of the hazard light now still on, a photograph of the hanging number plate and the payment invoice.

Kindly look into this. I am a senior journalist and I am in half a mind to go public with this!!

I am writing this comments to bring to your attention the low mileage of my Royal Enfield bike. I purchased the bike 6 months ago and have already done two services, but I am disappointed to note that the mileage is still very low.

I am a loyal customer of Royal Enfield, and I have always admired the brand for its quality and durability. However, the low mileage of my bike has been causing me a lot of inconvenience, as I need to frequently refuel my bike, which is not only time-consuming but also expensive.

I have taken good care of my bike and have followed all the recommended maintenance procedures. Despite that, I am getting a mileage of only 21 which is far less than what was promised by the company.
