R/sir,
From the first day itself i received defect piece crom Royal Enfield.
I had purchased the royal enfield from you and now the mudguard paint is removing in large aspect.
But kathua agency(owner) always tel this is not covered in warranty.
I am attaching the pics of the mudguard. Please do the needful. As after sometime it wil remove completely then what i will do sir.
I am very upset with the service provided with your company. Please replace my mudguard.

And the same was cancelled on 08.02.21 due to my health issue(ortho doctor restriction) . I have e mailed to Shahilaenfield for 2 time but still i did not received back my booking amount.

            My Royal Enfield Thunderbird bike was given at Sri Venkateswara Bike Zone, Pallikaranai, Chennai 600100 in the year 2020 and January 2021 for overall servicing.

            On both occasions, I had to take my bike back to them three times as they failed to meet our requirements and had also not fixed the minor repair works each time. Despite repeated follow-up calls, they also delayed in picking up the bike for servicing.

            Recently, as there was starting problem & minor issues with the brake, I approached them to fix these and do an overall servicing too. They charged Rs. 6, 551/- (bills attached). But I had to take the bike back to them as the brake issue had not been fixed though they had confirmed that all works have been completed. Upon collecting the bike second time, I again found that it has been left unattended. When I went back to them the third time, they demanded another Rs. 6, 050/- (screen shot of whatsApp msg) for certain other repair works. I brought back the bike without doing anything as I informed them that I will pay only for the spare parts and not labor charges as they had not completed all works on both occasions.

            I would have been happy if they had done the work for the money paid by me instead of looting money from me and cheating me without doing the services required.

            My experience with them on both occasions (in 2020 & 2021) has been very disappointing and request that the amount paid in 2021 be refunded as they had taken money from me without doing as required.

              My Enfield CLASSIC 350 ABS- SIGNALS AIRBORNE BLUE is having a warranty until September this year (September 2021). I have two issues to bring in to your attention,

              1. On the second month of the purchase while adjusting the left sight mirror, it got broken (The mirror got detached from the handle- picture attached) and I approached the dealer for the replacement under the warranty but they denied it.

              2. Again this month (February 2021) during the service, they said the the sprocket and the chain should be changed and I should pay the cost for the same. I don't understand the way they deal the customers. The bike has only run under 8000 km so far . I wonder why they are asking me to pay money for that even when I have the warranty for all these items valid till September 2021.

                Royal Enfield Fake commitment no response for the customer

                As I had huge wish of riding a Himalayan sleet 411cc with that wish I had booked the same model in ‘Niran motors’ Manglore. The same people took the booking and advance of 10000₹ on 02/11/2020, and gave commitment of delivering bike on Jan-2021.                 2 years vehicle chassis broken.

                I booked the Royal Enfield Meteor 350 Fireball Black on December 28, 2020 at Riders Ikon, Mettupalayam Road in Coimbatore. On January 15, 2021 they agreed to deliver the vehicle. But in the meantime when I was registering with 10000 rupees, I received an email from your company that the vehicle would be delivered only on 12th February 2021. When I approached the company regarding your mail they said don't worry sir, company mail will be the same, but of course they promised me to deliver the on 15th January. But still whenever I call Mr.Amal Ranjit Singh, sales manager, I din’t get the right answer from him, I don’t know when I will get the vehicle. Enfield's mail also shows that I will receive the vehicle on February 12th. Until now I have not received any call from your dealer riders icon company. I am very disappointed in your service

                    I would like to inform that I have booked Royal Enfield Meteor 350 SuperNova Blue at 10 December 2020 and it's 15 February 2021 now till date I have not received the delivery. I was promised by the dealer to get delivery till 15 January. My father is getting transferred and we will be relocating from Rajasthan to Telangana this February last week. We wanted to purchase this bike before relocating to Telangana as we wanted to avail the LTC encashment facility for Central Government Employees which is valid till 31 March 2021 only. But now the dealers have denied that they would be able to get the bike by February last week also.
                    This is very disappointing even after a long wait also if you don't get anything. Pathetic services. Even after paying a huge amount and waiting for a long time as well the services are not satisfactory. Totally disappointed. Worst Services ever.

                      Hi RE,

                      Am very disappointed about work and service. I heard a lot of goodness about the work and services of RE. But, in reality is not.its totally wrong.

                      And coming to your dealers and executive officer's like sampanth(manager- [protected]), Dastagir([protected]), Chandra([protected]) and Hemanth(ASM- [protected]). These people are very irresponsible, Rude and Disgusting including RE(Because of not responding well).

                      I booked my bike on 12nov, 2020 total 3 months got over and my waiting period also got over. But, I still am not getting my bike. I need my bike as soon as possible and remembering you that I am not happy with your service and your employees.

                      Am expecting my bike delivery this week only, please let me know my bike status.

                        Hi all,

                        This is to bring into your kind perceive that i'm a loyal customer of royal enfield classic 350 cc. Register no. Hp14c5577 bought in sep'17 and was extremely happy with the services of all the dealerships where i serviced my bike including himachal pradesh tapan, in delhi lamba enterprises & even had amc from lamba enterprises delhi but i shifted to chandigarh and today i got my bike serviced from manmohan royal enfield service dealership and got my bike picked from elante office as i work there, then i received a call from the advisor name harpreet singh (Jc[protected] who gave me the estimate of rs.2060 and explained everything but post that i received a call from mr. Surrender floor incharge and said that my bike rear bush need to change, to which i asked about the price for the same he informed me 800+ to which an agreed and when i received my final bill it was rs. 3486.24 which was shocking for me as it was earlier informed that the total will be around rs. 2800+. I went to receive my bike at 5 pm and checked the job card wherein they did not take my consent for brake shoe kit because i had replaced it in my last service. Secondly, they lied to me that the cost of bush is around rs. 800+ which is actually rs. 140 only but the labor they charged was rs. 885 as to charge labor from the customer they tricked me by saying you back tier is shaking and bush needs to be replaced wherein i didn't have any problems of getting it changed but they lied to me for this small thing they even asked me to replace the front disk pads as well to which i refused. Then i had a word with service manager mr. Ravneet singh and explained to him about the fraud they are doing to which he apologized and said i'll give discount sir don't worry i'm giving rs. 200 discount for there mistake to which i refused and asked them to charge the full amount of rs. 3486.24. I even asked for the email i'd of royal enfield he shared the support email i'd and even asked for the email i'd of the owner as well but he shared support email i'd only. Then i was standing in front of the cash counter and asked for the job card as i wanted to click the picture for the proof to which mr. Anil (Cashier) said we can't give the job card as it is our document. I again requested mr. Anil that i only want to click pictures of the job card and will return you back he said you paid the bill now we can not give you the job card. It is truly unprofessional and unethical which is happening in manmohan royal enfield service center.

                            Sir, i have an issue, when i purchased my bullet 350 from company store cochin.. They didnt fill engine oil..i take the pic. There have no experienced mechanic there. Therefor these will happened..my bullet is new..i cant ride more..i take the vechicle in 10/2/2021.. More sound coming from engine side..showroom peoples iresponsible.they didnt check the vechicle before delivery..if i have any problem in engine i want bullet new one..otherwise i will go legally.

                                I had booked a Meteor 350-C18 Stellar Pure Black(CB)CS vide your booking number BKG011357DE00071 DATED 02.05.2021. Till date I have not received any status of my booked order. After repeated followup with the dealer they have informed that the delivery is being delayed for another three months approx. Can you please update the status or expedite the manufacture so that I can receive the motorcycle without further delay. At least please provide the update on the registered email or my contact number.

                                  I have booked Online Royal Enfield Meteor Stellar Black model after launch on 12th Nov
                                  Initially when I visited the RE Bhojpur Showroom they given expected time for 30days. Even after 30days they extend the date from 30 to 60 days.
                                  On contacting RE Customer Care and Support Team they are asking to visit showroom, and on visiting the showroom the dealer not able to confirm the Dilivery date and I got this information from many dealership that they have cleared the booking of Nov month.
                                  It's seems support team and dealer are non responsive regarding any query.The RE Support team reply mail looks like cut and paste format for every customer.
                                  Meanwhile I have been transferred to another district in same state I asked dealer regarding the Dilivery but they have again responded that we will get back to you as like RE support team.
                                  I have also contacted the RE customer care that I want to shift my booking to another dealer as expected by RE Customer Care they also responded that they are not able to this.
                                  I want to undestand the RE system of Dilivery of the bike.
                                  1) If they have centralized booking system than they are able to confirm the Dilivery date or RE online booking is only cash counter of the Dealer.
                                  2) Can anyone confirm this that by which date booking RE has given the Dilivery.
                                  3) Except the cut and paste mail RE suport team is able to provide any support or not.

                                    Sir, i am a coustomer of Royal Enfield in june 2020 i purchase a motorcycle from Royal Enfield acording to their system my second service date is 2nd December 2020 bt you know, that time the pandemic situation of our state due to covid-19 and my one family member was covid positive that time so i missed the second service date! So they are not giving me my second service so i tell them i want to make a conversation with your manager, bt they refused me so many time and misbehave with me then i was just captured a picture of their service center manager so they are going rude on me and security gurd push me two times and one guy and manger threatening me you just wait i am gonna show you my power!...
                                    Sir, i want to ask you is this the perfect manner to treat a coustomer like this in our state i am a B.A student i felt so guilty about this the manager behave like he is something and we are nothing..they are insulting me so bad i dont know what to do...!please help me out of this shameful situatation.

                                    I bought a new Royal Enfield bike in December 2020, the very first day of delivery the side lights were not working.. I returned to the showroom and informed this., and they fixed this issue.

                                    Later, self start was not working sometimes, and i used to manage with kick start.

                                    On Jan 31st 2021, self start stopped working and kick start made lot of metel sound., i called the road side service and the customer are sent a guy to fix the issue., the road side service guy advised me to go to the showroom and check completely.

                                    The showroom people checked my bike and said bike is good.

                                    After some days, the self start did not work again.

                                    I also sensed excess of heat from engine for 10 mins of driving.

                                    Its not more than 2 months that i was facing
                                    all these problems with my bike.
                                    The bike registration number also was pending.

                                    So i just went to the showroom and gave the bike and keys and requested for a new bike.

                                    The bike is still there in showroom for almost a week now.
