I would like to inform that i have booked a bike at below royal enfield showroom, bangalore on 05-jan-2020.

I have been trying to get in touch with the showroom, but unable to reach on phone and also showroom is closed due to covid 19 for more than 2-3 months.
When i booked the bike on 05-jan-2020, the sales person and manager said, they would refund the booking amount if i there is a delay or if i do not wish to purchase the bike.
The showroom did not provide me any automated message/mail of the booking, and they said - the application is not working properly on their tablet for booking.
As i wish to cancel the booking, can you please help to reimburse the amount.
I am still facing the same issue and the amount has not been refunded to my account yet. When i visited the showroom, they asked me fill the below application form. But it has been more than 1 month, and there is no response from the showroom.
I tried to reach the manager but now his phone is not reachable.
Can you please help me get the refund for my booking? I have messaged many times on messenger, nobody is responding and calling back.
Please take the action soonest and kindly give my money back soonest
