    Team RE,

    I am writing this mail on behalf of my continuous poor maintenance experience with one of your stores located in Kanpur.

    Unfortunately, I have purchased two thunderbird 350 from Sareen Motors, Rambagh, Kanpur. It is strange to know that there are two more RE bikes we have in our family and we are all equally troubled just because of your poor quality product and poor service and maintenance deliveries.

    I have been experiencing poor deliverables from Royal Enfield as well as the mentioned service center also but the recent service visit totally disappointed me and left me with no choice other than escalating it to the higher management. Here, I try to explain the issues linearly as below-

    1) I don't know how the mechanical staff tests the bike once it is serviced as you take it back with the same issues for what you wasted your time and energy to take it to be repaired in the service.

    2) The rear brake is too uneven and rough as each time you need to put extraordinary pressure on the brake to slow down the bike. Moreover, nowadays it works similarly like a hand brake in the car. Once it is applied, it will be in the same position until you drag it up with your toe. Is that exactly how it works or is it too hard to be understood to be taken in inspection and repair? You complain the same and you get no result out of it.

    3) Your one visit service isn't actually meant for one visit. Once you get service done, you will have to visit again and again with the same problems to be marked as complaint at the service end. Recently I met with an accident due to the rear brake got stuck once applied. Will you compensate for the same?

    4) One of the front shock absorbers was leaking which I mentioned and acknowledged them. I asked both forks to be repaired, they repaired and I paid a heavy amount for the same. Even after that, the same day some oil was popping up. I was advised not to worry as it is just repaired. Within a week itself, it was in the same position again.

    Now you please tell me, how many times do I need to take this bike to the service for the same issue again and again?
    Will you compensate for all the visits I wasted my day, time, efforts, energy, and resources for the same reason? Is it a blunder to buy your product?

    I am looking forward to the resolution. I hope these are pretty straight forward things which can be understood. The customers should not fall into such issues if they go for such a premium bike brand. Attached is a copy of the last service availed, all the information related to the bike is in the attachment itself.

      I bought bike having reg. no HR33H4306 and reg. date- 13/03/2020. and service has been done on service center on 15/08/2020, then everything was ok.
      Now suddenly clutch is not working and i register a complaint and give the bike in service center in Gurugram, now they are telling that clutch plate need to be change and charges will be apply.

        Hello, yesterday i went for service of my classic 350 to lucknow rbl road service center and the one of the worst service is done and when i complain that to there management they started arguing.
        They billed me unnecessary things which were not required and not used the re products for the service used other non branded products.
        I urge the re management to look into this matter as soon as possible or have to see the legal process which i not intend.

            Hi,
            This you to inform you that, I have bought Royal Enfield Classic-350 from Kolkata Bike Zone Showroom- Chinar Park, Rajarhat.
            I have made full down payment for the Bike. However, the showroom is asking for further payment of INR 500 each for HP charge and CS charge, which counts for an additional INR 1000. They have also asked me to pay separately for Leg Guard and almost 2 months i was booked and full down payment the Bike but till deat no Bike delivery to me, when i booked showroom tell me 15 - 20 days.

            Please advise whether I should pay them

                    I purchased re classic 350 on 24july @ dcs showroom tolgate chennai i was adivesed by showroom to put extension of warranty for 5yrs and then paid for that on 25th july 2020 but still now i din get my extended warranty bill showroom people said royal enfield issues so kindly clear this issue and hand over my warranty certificate to me my vehicle no tn03ab9444

                      I just bought himalayan in koyilandy showroom at the date of september 2019. One month before i visited enfield showroom and ask my bike have many problems please clear that and i admit there (Already the showroom has postponed my serviece date that time i just calm because think about corona) but the showroom not clear my complaint the ask to me give my vehicle to other showroom and suggest calicut. What the hell my location and calicut have 26 kilometers diffrence then why i bought my vehicle in koyilandy? Itz a very bad service and the ask the engine oil is not available here now and i ask my rear wheel and tyre have complaint and they ask to me that serviece is not here, u please visit any cycle showroom and repair, what a replay almost 250000 i give to bought this himalayan i am not a rich so please kindly clear my complaint otherwise i want to gonna ba a consumer court and i just upload this things in a sociel media

                        Hello,
                        I bought a royal enfield classic 350 on 05th june 2018. After two years of mild usage, i noticed that the chassis of the bike was cracked and color of the tank is also going.
                        I went to the dealer from where i purchased the bike and he suggested me to got the service center. On 5th july 2020, i went to the service center, after going to the service initially they said that i have to pay for the chassis to which i denied and later they agree to give me a replacement.
                        But its been more than a month i have been waiting for the replacement part and the bike is still standing and getting rusted.
                        This is a manufacturing defect that could have cost me my life. I believe my life is more important, the company should take responsibility and now i'm clueless what to do and thus requesting for help.
                        Attaching all the supporting documents. Kindly make to sure resolve the issue asap or i have to take this on a legal basis.

                          My name is arun & i have booked a royal enfield classic 350 cc stealth black colour model bike on 1st july'2020 at
                          Kayjee engineering showroom located at ranigunj, secunderabad, hyderabad, 500003.
                          Telangana.

                          The bike was promised to be delivered in 30 days.

                          However till date it's not delivered & i m really going through a bad experience now.

                          Unsure whom to escalate this to, i am writing an email now.
                          Please look into the matter and do the needful asap.

                              Hello,
                              My name is ark raj and my complaint regarding bike servicing. Actually i have given my bike for fuel tank colour and wheel alignment. When i have given my bike on that time i was not facing any problem regarding starting problem or engine race. But when i went to receive my bike i have faced that problem and my service advisor told me that my carburettor is not functional and he suggested me to replace the carburettor. My bike running smoothly before servicing, my bike has run only 9000 kms, than how it can be possible that in 9000 kms carburettor had became damage. So request you to kindly check my issue from your end and short out my problem. My bike is still in that particular workshop.

                                Dear sir, i sri sanjeet bhowmick would like to inform you that i have purchase a royal enfield 350x on 19.02.2019 from saraighat riders, guwahati

                                That sir they have supplied poor quality accessories (Non re) leg guard and back rest with my bike, by 8 months the colours are coming out means colour crust and they got rusted.
                                At the time of delivery they assured me the acceesories are very good and has warranty of 2 years.

                                I have been complaing since then to mr. Arupjyoti das the sales manager of saraighat riders, guwahati. But all in vein, they repeatedly saying that the stock is not available, they will call me when it will be available, now they are not receiving my call.

                                  chassis cracked / frame cracked

                                  My 2014 model royal enfield desert storm 500 chassis has cracked. I have tried to weld it but the crack is on both the sides so it is not repairable. I was lucky to notice well before riding or else would have met with some accidents. I have never heard or seen any kind of this proble in any other bikes. This is purely a manufacturing quality issue. I need the part to be replaced by the company. Pleae help....

                                      Hi this is arpit from dehradun uttarakhand. I have purchased a classic bullet 500 cc 10/02/2017. And i runed the bike for about 3000 km, and on 11june 2017 i had a problem with my bike, and i took to a local mechanic he told me that the fuel pump is not working and you should go to the service center. Then i rented a vehicle to took my bike to service center. I told the manager about the situation that i did not even runned my bike much but how would i give[protected] for this pump it should be changed by the service center. Then they didn't listen me and charged me 8-9k then again after 8-9 months my fuel pump was not working then again they charged me 8-9k to changed i was so frustrated and was not happy with the services of royal enfield the bike was defected. And again in 2019 my fuel pump got damaged and now in 2020 also and i just runned my bike 12000km. I also ride on weekends for only some kilometres. Please help me now i helpless and irritated by this bike and the services of allied auto (Niranjanpur) dehradun uttarakhand.
                                      Please help me out i have already spent 30k.
                                      And now one is helping me with this issue.
                                      I wasted my 2lac on this bullet classic 5oo.
