Royal Enfield — engine stop while running

Address:Thane wagle estate road no 22, Thane, Maharashtra, 400604

Need to improve the service also need to train service consultants regarding the problem occurred in bike. Need guidance how to consult the customer. Excuse while running in top speed suddenly the engine stop it may cause major accident then who is responsible so please i need problem to be solve and what ever issue is there in my bike should be solve

Facing same issue, bike stopped just within 2 weeks of delivery. It was fixed by the service center and promised me that It won't happen again, but again engine stalls I'm the middle of the road, it's extremely dangerous.
