I am Swarup Vaidya, having classic 350 purchased dated 1.9.2021.I am totally fed up with service centre of Royal Enfield. Which-is situated in Nagpur (Paragoan traders)
Since last three days i am continuously sending my vehicle for servicing regarding issued facing while starting a bike, bike lost current and that create a noise like bike out of petrol. Every day service center boy comes he took my bike and go and every day return saying bike issue resolved but still every day i am getting same issue & when i talk with Mr. Manjit he said they are not getting any issue while checking/ test drive so they can’t help . I explained them when bike engines clam then that issue will rise (early morning and while returning from office ie evening) and 3 days before i sent bike for pid service which included cleaning of bike and that sound issue for that they charged me Rs 900 but i was not satisfied with cleaning and that sound/ lost of current while driving still i m getting but the service center is not able to resolve issue since last three days.and services center is 1.9 km from my office but last 3 times meter show around 10-11 km distance I dnt know how meter turn to 10-11 km for 1.9 km.
