I have a terrible experience from the service provided by kamarhati service center. I have changed some parts and thorough check up from the said service centre yesterday. Today in midway due to some electrical problems my bike stopped working and denied to start. I was compelled to go to a roadside repairing shop. There they found a cdi problem. Inspite of my reporting to bishnu oil company that there is
A knocking problem they didn't bother to pay attention and check. I have visited bishnu oil company on 16.08.19, 03.09.19 and 05.09.19 for regular service and other problems. The invoices are attached to this email. Due to there negligence i had to face this much of harassment. I had to push the bike for 1 km. I am fed up of your service and been compelled to move to consumer forum because after paying almost double for purchasing the bike and it's service in comparison to other brands why should i face this much of harassment. Today i could manage because my cousin is oc of police of howrah, where my bike stopped working. But i find absolute inefficiency from your service provider. My bike number is wb 16 at 0165, maroon bullet electra. I reside in dankuni of west bengal. I was tolerant and had patience but your lac of professionalism is compelling me to go for consumer forum. I am sorry i have no other way because patience has a limit.

    On 3rd sep 2019, my re350 was serviced at riderzikon coimbatore, on thorough service check-up they advised for oil replacement, chain lubrication and general check-up, which estimates rs.3000/-, and i agreed.

    Next day i had a problem of chain noise and re-visited the service center on 5th sep 2019, they said the chain is worn out and now a days the quality of chain is very poor and advised to replace the chain because it has already done 12000 kms, it was really shocking because during initial checkup they never highlighted the problem to me and the chain replace in 12000 kms for re is not acceptable, because i lubricate of my own, once in fort-night.

    While dropping for service there was no sound and it was in good condition.

    The quality of service is very poor and their service head, is responding to clarify my problem, he is running away from answering the issue which made me embarrassing. I am going to take legal action against the relentless service and very poor customer support.

    I appeal to re lovers not to visit “the riderzikon royal enfield showroom” for sale or service. I also request re head office to take action against this show room for their pathetic service.

      I'am a proud owner of royal enfield classic 350. It was purchased from ss motors, kannur, kerala and i've used their service centre for the first 5 services. After which the remaining 3 services, which includes the very recent one were done from "vibrant service centre", taliparamba, which is close to my house. Since then i have never visited ss motors.

      The issue here is that i have applied for the replacement of my silencer elbow part (The bent and not muffler) and shock absorber as some of the areas got rusted badly at vibrant during my first visit (11/08/2018). That was not replaced since the parts were out of stock and as the warranty period was there for 2 years. During my next visit i raised the issue and as you can see from the document it was recorded. But again due to the same reason of being out of stock that was not replaced. This was repeated during my third visit as well.

      But this time the interesting thing is that when they checked my history it was showing that i have already replaced a muffler using the warranty on 05/07/2019 from ss motors (Where i haven't visited for an year). Now because of this, the vibrant people are not ready to change the parts. When i raised this forgery issue with ss motors they asked me to wait for one more week and now they are not properly responding to the issue. They are not even apologetic to what they have done. They have responded by saying that this might have happened while entering the vehicle chasis number. How funny, so by mistake they typed the chasis number of a vehicle whose warranty period was about to finish. I would say a brilliant mistake.

      Worst bike ever. Required highly maintenance. And not working properly.

      Maintenance cost is to high.

        I bought thunderbird 350x in march-2019 its chasis no is me3u3s5c1kb436460.

        I was very happy and thrilled that i was going to be a part of the royal enfield which is known for its larger than life and strong bikes with supreme build quality.
        I thought that is the reason people use their hard earned money to buy royal enfield bike.

        But i think, all things mentioned above is for only branding.

        Because, from the day i purchased i am facing problems with my bike.
        1) the speedometer stopped working - service station engineer replaced it under warranty but till date i dont get feedback from the team about reason why speedo meter get damaged.
        2) the brake pads and wear out in just 6 months o[censored]sage. - again service station engineers declining of changes and quotes that "wear & tear are not part of warranty"

        I ask,
        1) what kind of bikes you make that are not lasting for at least one month without giving any trouble??
        2) why does the brake pads wear out in only 10k km?
        3) what kind of quality checks royal enfield does for its bikes that brake pads and speedometer and all this things stopped working in just 6 months?

        This is very disappointing because if royal enfield cannot make sure its quality than why people would spend their hard earned money on it?

          I bought Royal Enfield Signal ME3U3S5C2KA377226 (chassis number) on January 15th 2019 with an expectation of enjoying the one o f it's own kind of experience of Royal Enfield which the company is committed to provide but the Voyage motors is making an exception for the company I firmly believe. (THE MOST STRANGE THING IS THAT I HAVE RECIEVED TWO DIFFERENT BILLS OF A SERVICE WHICH i HAD HAD AT THE SAME EXACT DAY AND TIME.)
          The list goes like this:-
          1 Just after 5 or 6 days the flowing petrol was taking air and was causing abrupt stops in 9-10 kms, whilst the when I was switching the nob on it was sounding like air pressure was released.
          2:- the rear mud guard was touching the tyre.
          3:- Spokes of the rear tyre were breaking off, it happened three times; while it was in warranty. I didn't ride it rough the air pressure was appropriate all the times. during first time they repaired it and I paid them. during second time they changed the rim under warranty, now it has happened all over again and I have again visited the service center and my bike is at service center.
          4:- Engine misfires, sounds bad when I go on some slope climbing kind of roads.
          5:- the chains loosens up all the time, and they won't listen to me while on the contrary would start talking rubbish and that is insulting.
          6:- recently the tyre was blocked right after the spokes were broken in the middle of the road during 3 'o' clock at night.
          They didn't entered the first service details while I had given my Royal Enfield Signal on 512 kms on date 21 january for it's first service.
          I doubt that either this one is a defective piece of Royal Enfield's great line up of Signals or the service center is creating these situations where I'm ending up paying too much, while I'm maintaining my bike up to the standards properly.
          Now today when I asked about the copy of bills or invoices they deny that and have given me some selected bills and invoices, I asked for the complete copies, to which they said it's not possible for them to do so.
          I'm uploading whatever was provided to me today. there rude attitude is just cherry on the top, after all these problems which I described are just repetitive in nature and are as frequent as 15 days on average.
          Kindly look into the matter, I'm cornered and left with no options.

            I have given my classic 350 in sanathnagar royal enfield service center for two times in last month aug, 2019. Then have replaced lot of parts like clutch set, chain, engine oil, carburetor and lot may. For all, they have charged nearly 11000 rupees, but i feel, its totally waste of time and money.

            The big mistake i did is to trust royal enfield service center and take my bike to them for service.

            I strongly believe that, its totally waste and biggest mistake.

              Sir,
              I have purchase thunderbird 350 on dated[protected]. From thunder motors pvt. Ltd saradhela dhanbad (Jharkhand) pin 828109.
              But from[protected] the bike doesn't start (Starting problem) then i call to thunder motor on[protected] regarding this matter. Then i took my bike to showroom on[protected] and they repair it. But from[protected] again starting problem and now this time the front wheel of my thunderbird jam. Now my bike doesn't move due to that.
              Now please tell that i have paid 177000.00 to purchase the bike and new bike started problem now only, i am very disappointed and i think that i have taken wrong dessicion to purchase royal enfield bike. And i will not repair the newthunder bird any more.
              Km drive-32km only
              So it is request to do something regarding this matter, otherwise i will go consumer coram.

                Hi all,
                My name is inderpreet singh and i am from dehradun and get my bike serviced at ahuja enterprises which is in karanpur bazar. From day 1 i get my bike serviced from ahuja enterprises and this time i am really surprized for the way they did the servicing. At the time i brought the bike from servicing 3 days back the bike was not at all in a good condition and was not even washed out. I asked the servicing guy who did the servicing of my bullet i saw that the oil is falling from the bullet the next day when i visited the service centre he said that the bike was not washed properly. I told them that the bike is doing missing again and again i took the bike from them they said its ok now you can take it i even recieved a call from the centre about my feed back which is usually taken care of by them nicely and i gave my good feedback as always.

                But this time i am seriously done and after a lot of control on my anger about not to say anything i loosed my temper this time i was taking my mom home and she suffered with me as well the bike still had the same issue and missing as before and i came home dragging the bike all the way along with my mom which is not expected at all. This not done and i want you guys to take care of this issue now. I might be rude but i am not at all happy with their services at all.

                  Dear concerns,
                  I purchased tbx 350 in feb'19 from lamba enterprises, tilak nagar, new delhi & facing noice/jerk issue in front shockers from the very next day. It was told to service adviser in 1st service, 2nd service & in 3rd also but it remained same and some other issues were also not resolved.
                  Now when i filed a complaint they pick my bike for this problem & returned even in worst condition then it was earlier in. They have removed silencer plate because it got loosen so they completely removed it. They don't even to bother to wash the bike after service.
                  I would like to ask the company that who is responsible to check the vehicle before delivering to customer after service whether issues are solved or not.
                  Pathetic services so far from royal enfield.

                    I bought bullet 350 classic from guru kirpa motors on 12 September 2017 . They sold me the insurance for 2 years (bumper to bumper) in 6000.when I visit the motors company for claim they said it's an simple insurance not an bumper to bumper and we have to pay 25% for the repairs cost. And it is my first claim on this insurance. So it's completely a fraud . And now they gave me number to have a word with manager named Ajay and anil and they have no answers and there numbers are [protected], [protected]

                      I given to service my royal enfield 350 classic to rk motors, (Tenkasi, tamilndau, india) service center on 02/07/2019 and they take 43 days to service my vehicle (For replacing of petrol tank). Finally they informed on 13/8/2019 for delivery of my bike. But i take deliver my bike on 29/08/2019, almost 17 days later i took my bike (I only delayed for 17 days). After that my bike battery is spoiled and i return my bike to the showroom guys. They said that, bike battery was expired due to 60 days of non-maintenance. Here i want to know that who's responsibility to maintain the bike at the period of service. They asked me to pay rs.3000/- for exchange of new battery. Is bike owner has to go to the showroom everyday to maintain their bike?. Then who's response is this..?

                        My bike handle was broken by thief and i have gave my bike to lamba enterprises pvt ltd service center rama road for repair but after 30 days .when i have received my bike margat having a dent and paint also remove from margat even bike back light guard also broken.They have used that bike almost a month and they did accident on it. After that today they told me my bike is ready which was not ready i have been wait for 2 hrs their.and when i have received my bike after payment.i have checked my fuel tank which is empty and tyre was puncher as well.my bike has too many scratches dent on it I am really unhappy with your services my bike no is SW6675.I am sending you images.My bike condition shows very worst.

                          I am form assam. On november 2018 i have booked royal enfield classic 350 redditch erd and 4 december 2018 i got it from dibrugarh showroom. And then day by day the colour of fuel tank get damage. There are some white dots appear on fuel tank and the colour got damaged day by day. Its just like a whit spot on human skin.. It's ruined my motorcycle looks. I have complained about it to the manager but he did do anything.. Just click some pictures of my fuel tank

                            I am writting this email regarding the service of my two wheeler royal enfield classic gun metal grey registration number up14ds5963. It is been 21 days i have given my bike at mahadev agency sec 10 noida after i met with an accident on 10 aug 2019. The employee to whom my case has been assigned is mr maanvendar which is completely showing unprofessional behaviour and from service centre there is no update about the deleivery of my vehicle. Even whenever i try to contact them on phone they do disconnect call in between with a very unobvious reply which is it will take one more week.. Where as last time it was informed to me last time it will be done by 31aug or by 1 september. Most importantly i want to share that the voice tone or the way of talking of employee (Maanvendar) was ver rude. Which is not appreciated. I expect to get the work done on this asap with proper customer service and vehicle service.

                            Such kind of customer service and employee behaviour towards customer is not accepted and appreciated.

                            Please share the escalation matrix to escalate this issue with me if this is not the correct point to report this issue.

                              @royalenfield its very worst experience i have faced ever with re service. My re classic 350 got flat tyred and wobbles at 3.00 am in the morning and i am waiting for almost 10 hours, still they saying the tow vehicle will reach within 10 mins. Is it the right way to treat a customer service. Its irritating so much. When i called crane service its not picking the call. Tried again and again for almost 20 times to roadside assistance.in the morning they said the tow vehicle support is not picking the call.
                              Its 24/7 and the tow vehicle is taking almost 10 hrs to reach my location? That to i am nearby 20kms the enfield showroom. Still they not found a way to send the tow vehicle.
                              Almost i spend 10 hrs in middle of the road waiting for your road side assistance. It's irresponsible.

They told me vehicle is booking now so they will inform me once the vehicle gets ready. So far no calls from pinnacle motors about my bike. Recently knew that.                                     My name is navin thakur. I had given my royal enfield thunderbird 500 with licence plate 6974 for service at ishna wheels vile parle on 18th of august 2019.

                                    They have opened up and serviced the fuel injection system, the fuel pump and many more unnecessary things on sunday 18th august 2019 at the ville parle center which was not required. The bike was working perfectly fine before i gave them for service.

                                    It is common sense for any service center to not touch the fuel injection system until customer is complaining of either fuel consumption being high or not enough speed and power in bike. There were no such issue and it was a regular service which was turned into a nightmare by ishna wheels vile parle authorized service center.

                                    Since the date of my purchase of bike 25th september 2017 my bike is being serviced at ishna wheels ville parle and i am an extended amc customer with them too. This is my 8th service with ishna wheels in past 2 years.

                                    First service they forgot to tighten the main handle column nut and it almost came loose and in my hand while riding the bike on a highway at the speed of 60 kms an hour. It could have lead to a life threatening accident. I still let that go.

                                    Second service and fourth service after every service i had to go back and tell them that the chain is extremely loose and needs to be tightened. Again bike was always sent back to me without propper checking.

                                    However after the current service the bike did not start and they were unable to resolve the issue for 7 days. Everyday they would tell me, today some service advisor is taking it home for a long drive to check and someday some other service advisor is taking it to home for test drive.
                                    But every time next day they would say we had to tow the bike and get back to service center.

                                    On 25th august after trying to resolve the issue for 7 days, they have told me after 7 days that battery needs to be put new and pump relay has to be put new.

                                    In the service on sunday 18th august 2019 they charged me 5000 for service plus parts and now 4000 more for battery and fuel pump relay. I gave them a go ahead and paid upfront as i had no other option but to get it done hoping this will resolve the issue.

                                    The bike was given to me on 25th august and still has some minor niggles related to service done by ishna wheels.

                                    1. If the service advisor and the mechanics are incompetent and are not trained for servicing a 500 cc bs4 engine then they should not have touched the sensitive parts like fuel injection system and fuel pump. A basic service would have sufficed.

                                    2. It took them 8 days to figure out it was a battery issue. How dumb can a service center can be?

                                    3. There are serious quality issues and i don't understand how royal enfield or eicher motors have authorised ishna wheels to be an authorised service center when they can't fix simple issues in 8 days forget the other audit and compliance issues i see there.

                                    I had emailed the director twice mr. Yash tolani for help when everyone was clueless what the issue could be. But i was told by the service head mr shoib that mr. Yash was under some surgery and hospitalized and couldn't answer. So i was left at the mercy o[censored]ntrained staff of ishna wheels.

                                    I have my bike back from them and will find a better service center to get my bike in perfect condition again.

                                    But i hope some action is taken against ishna wheels and other royal enfield bike owners don't fall prey to them.

                                    They don't have any specific contact number for the service center. You have to call their customer care to get connected to one of their branches.
                                    Royal Enfield customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    I have purchase classic 350 abs on dated[protected] in that bike seat is very poor and its only paste by gum and now sit is remove its very bad quality pls help me or correct my sheet

                                      Can someone explain me what all service includes in free service, becoz my bill for first visit was higher then the second visit. What would be the reason??
                                      On my first visit i said the supervisor whatsoever comes in free service all service to be done, and by good luck i said the same on my second visit, though service centre were different. First one was in indiranagar-bengaluru and second one was in koramangala. Is there anything that two service centre charges two different rates?? To be honest i was not very comfortable to ride my bike after first service, not only that supervisor was bit tough in talking. Where here in koramangala he was very hospitable, and for sure if time permits i would like to visit koramangala service centre only, but i am still awaiting for my query which i must get an answer.

                                        thunderbird 350x /, caliper, problem heating problem brake jam problem

                                        I Buyed thunderbird 350x in 2018, 21 april, since i have buyed the bike i am facing the problem from 1st day, problem where, 1st problem ... handle was very tight and was going on one side, 2nd. Shokers were making sound, 3rd. When i took bike from service whole body was shaking and vibrating and sound was very irritating, and after 2 months i am facing problem of engine heating, rear tire getting jam while riding for 10 km only and break...
