Royal Enfield — Heavy noise during gear shifting

A) From the day one using THUNDERBIRD 350, I was suffering a gear shifting problem. i.e: while shifting gear downward[protected] a heavy noise use to come out from the gear unit. I used to get this noise not all the time I shift gears but very often.
B) I had informed the showroom where I bought the byke at the time I got the registration and other documents, but they said ‘since this is not a major problem keep continue riding and when I will go for the first servicing, at the service center only they will solve the problem.
C) According to them I went for 1st servicing on 13.01.2016 at China Town, Kolkata – 700 046 and informed them about the same problem, they had noted the same on their job card and after servicing I found the sound had reduced.
D) Around 15 days after the first service the same problem continued and on the 2nd servicing I conveyed the same problem at your service center, they had noted on the job card.
E) Around 15 days after the 2nd service the same problem arised and I got surprised why the mechanic are unable to solve the problem.
F) Thereafter, on the 3rd service today 16th June I further repeated the same problem of gear shifting and during servicing of the byke one mechanic came with some parts and informed me few of the gear parts are damaged. Details of the damage are as follows:
1) Clutch plate & adjacent steel plate burnt and scratches found.
G) The technician of the service center (China Town, Kolkata) asked me that the same part needs to be replaced and I have to pay for the same as this does not cover under warranty.
As I am suffering this problem from the day one I am using this and each & everybody of your representative misguided me and made the situation in such condition that the gear parts need to be replaced!
