Royal Enfield — insurance claim after accident | |||
I have claimed insurance for my classic 350 as i met with an accident. Now i have paid the service cost in full and expecting the money can be claimed from icici insurance coverage. The insurance authorities have completed their process and is waiting for the service center to provide the bills so that they can credit the money to my account. The insurance team and i have been waiting for this bill for the past 3 weeks and the service center people show no effort in getting this and is providing with lame excuses, telling that there is nobody to do this job. Everytime when repeated calls are made all they do is try to close the call with fake tat's. Highly disappointing and poor service from this service center. Please assist on priority. I buyed Electra on may 2017..this is my second complain..have issues with brake failure..too much nice.. service center did the repair again the same continues..at least claim my warranty and do the needful..
1. Brake failure and noisy.
2. In second service they tuned the bike..now it's too much vibration.
