Hi,
Since 2 year when i bought bullet classic 500 i have been facing issue in it.1 week before i have given bullet for service, but they did nothing. And cherged 5550 rs. Again i went their then they changed the parts which was damaged as per them. Whenever i went to service my bullet's condition getting worse.
Don't know why its happening. May be they are replacing the original with duplicate. Today they have given me another shock. They are saying drum is damaged. Earlier everything was fine except minor issues but after servicing my bullet is in very poor condition.

    I sri shibaram das from rourkela, odisha state. I bought royal enfield standard model on 24/01/2017. This is my 4th free servicing done today. Just few bikes thr for service today but the distributor deni to wash my bike and can't manage to adjust my rear tail lamp as it is continuous glowing. This agent& distributor always prompting to change spares with new one and make fool to innocent customers. It's totally disappointed cz they even don't solve this minor problem. Totally disgusting really.

      Dear all,

      I have booked a classic 350 black bike on 8-june-2017 from malik automobiles with - hisar by giving a amount of 5000/ with csd - whose receipt is attached below. After that gst comes & for more then 2 months new csd rates not comes. After that on 16-sep-2017 they gives the rates but not gives nay response of delivery.

      After 15 days i complete the csd process & deposit all the documents to the dealer on 05-oct-2017 & he gives me ls no which is attached below for your reference. They said that you will get the delivery after 10-12 days but today after 18 days they have still not delivered the bike after giving complete payment of bike.

      Every time i visit the showroom they just gives the excuse but now giving the delivery. Now today they said that your plant is closed for one week due to diwali thats why there is delay.

      The behavior of staff is so rude. They just sale the bike in black after taking 4-5k extra from customers who have not done any booking. Due to this actually delivery gets delayed.

      So, i request you to look into this matter & help me in delivering the bike as soon as possible.

        Hi all,

        My name is sachin kumar b and i am a customer of royal enfield for the last 4 years, this is my 2nd re classic 350 vehicle and i am extremely disappointed with your after sales service.

        Before i narrate, below are few of my credentials

        Current vehicle: royal enfield classic 350
        Vehicle regn no: kao1 hf 5739
        Service station where my vehicle is getting serviced: teknik motors, sarjapura road, bangalore
        Date when the vehicle was serviced: 12th october 2017
        Reason for service: front and rear mudguard paint, met with a fall

        I had given my vehicle for a small repair work at tekinik motors, i met with a fall due to which the front and rear mud guard resulted in a scratch for which i approached your service center and handed over the vehicle to get the issue fixed, they a greed to give my vehicle in 2 days and it is been 9 days and yet to get my vehicle, i got to know that they have not given the vehicle parts for painting for the 1st few days, later they have not done a follow up with the painter for getting this fixed.

        I am visiting the service center folks everyday and they are not even bothered, they play blame game within their team and surprisingly no one is ready to take the ownership.

        Now again they have taken 2 days time to fix the repair and i am not sure if i will get my vehicle on monday.

        I am incurring the rick charges of inr 400 for my office to and fro everyday due to your delay and negligence, i would request you to compensate inr 3200 for the last 8 days which i have spent because of you guys.

        The amount of inr 3200 may be very small for eicher motors but this is a big money for me which i have spent it because of not handing over the vehicle to me on time.

        Below is my bank details, please transfer the inr 3200 to my bank account and kindly ask someone to fix these teething issues as your brand name is getting spoilt because of some service center like teknik motors.

          Hi,

          I bought my classic 350 9 months back and completed 8, 800 kms. Almost 16 teethes of chain sprocket are broken. I am highly unsatisfied. I was using a bajaj pulser prior to this and i used it for close to 8 yrs, covered 85, 000 kms. I had to change the chain sprocket only once. Re spares are of very bad quality.
          When i checked with service center for a replacement, they said they would have replaced it if this has happened within 4, 000 kms. I didn't understand their logic. Why does company give 1 year or 10, 000 km warranty.
          I request the company not to manufacture such defective, worst quality products. We pay the money you demand to purchase this bike and we wait for 6 to 7 months to get the delivery. Please don't disappoint the customers. Please don't spoil the name of this brand.

            Namasthe, i had bought a desert storm 500 cc on august 2016. I had done with my 5 free services and now i am planing to do my 6th service as the total kms is nearing 12kms. But after 5th service, i am facing many severe issue with my bike. I was unable to start the bike many days even after 1000 tries. A local technician inspected my bike and we found the traces of oil on the plugs. He said that there is some issue with the desert storms engine. I am still in my warrenty period and i want a permanent solution for this issue. I hope you will consider the issue seriously as i have done all services on proper dates. I am also have another 350cc bullet which is perfectly fine.

            I never expected a company like Royal Enfield gives no value to their customers. I have posted a complaint 3 days back and I haven't got a single response for it. And the website says 0 pending complaints. Please respond personally or via this complaint form. If responding is too hard for a company like Royal Enfield, please let me know about it. I'll face this issue in court. Thank you

              I have 2 complaints. One is that marikar motors thrissur in kerala have misbehaved with my bike 3 times during the 3 times i seriviced my bike there... Recently they gave me a bill 0f 1500 rupees and afterwards i chekced the bike to see that they havent done any servicing on my bike. They took money for chain lubing and i checked and they havent lubed or even cleaned my bike. They also refuse to check my bikes piston rings which i know are faulty.

              My second complaint is that my engine is faulty and this is was proved my a mechanic. But all service centers refuse to give me warranty.

                I have a royal enfield thunderbird stone 350. My bike's seat is not fitting the lock. I visited the service centre 5 times till now. Still my issue is not resolved. They have claimed as a warranty for new seat 2 weeks before and promised to resolve within 4 days. But its 2 weeks till now and my issue is prolonging. Adding to it my bike gets blocked and turns off frequently and my battery indicator is blinking for no reason. Its a 1 month old bike and i am facing lot of difficulties with it. I am extremely dissatisfied with the negligence in service. I want to file a complaint against the service centre. If any action is not taken, i have no choice going for legal complaints. Kindly look on to the issue
                I took my bike in aynavaram branch and my service centre is in purasaiwakkam.

                  The fuel pump on my thunderbird 500cc has been changed about 4 times ever since i have bought it.
                  What disturbs me is the quality in the products they provide.
                  How can the spares cost about 14000rs. When they used to barely cost about 6000 rupees for the entire assembly around a year and a half back? Is this because of the brand? I believe nothing has changed.

                  I would agree if they had provided a better solution with a new model or make of the motor rather than the old outdated ones.

                  The model and make of the fuel pump remains the same but the cost has deliberately shot up adding no value to the product.

                  The pricing is unfair and needs to be checked into the quality of the product.

                    Worst ever experience with jmd (Bahadurgarh) as i have been here the second time after purchasing my re classic 350 and the service quality provided by them is even not at par with the local mechanics, they serviced my bike and what i noticed was lack of handling my bike and several dust particles were all over my bike, why would i even want to pay them if they wouldn’t meet the certain standards provided by re. I would be glad if yoy respond to my complaint and resolve this issee at the earliest. I brought my bike because of the name of re but jmd (Bahadurgarh) is spoiling the name and fame.

                      I bought enfield classic 350 day before yesterday & yesterday evening my engine started making unusual loud noise while driving & battery was down, i had trouble in self & kick start, the showroom manager & service engineer were not really helpful & when i asked to replace the bike... The manager in a sarcastic manner said... Royal enfield never replaced the bike in their history. I am really worried as it happened on the very first day.

                        I have purchased re classic 500 inlast year. With in 18 months petrol tank got rusted see attached photos. I took my bike to pratik motors service centre in panvel, navi mumbai. Service manager said they will replace tank in warrenty, but now they don't have in stock they have to order it. So i left my bike in service center for tank replacement on 9th oct 2017. Now after 8 days still they have not recieved tank from company. My bike is still at service centre.
                        Quality of royal enfield is now degrading day by day.

                          I am anuj narayan i bought my classic 350 fro agra royals grudwara sikandra agra may 2017 my byck giving me a regular basis missing and suddenly stop engen problem but service staff is not taking seriously bcz that is not them byck they are just sitting there to making a fool to customers i have abruptly escape with accident so many time dew to this problem.                             I had booked "classic 350cc redditch red" motorcycle at royal enfield showroom, bommasandra branch on 22-aug-2017, by paying rs.5500 as booking advance, paid via imps transaction.

                            However, later i dropped the plan of purchasing the motorcycle due to personal reasons and submitted a cancellation & refund request at the same showroom sometime during 1st week of september 2017. Since then i have been contacting the sales executive of the branch regularly regarding the refund status and for my surprise every time i get a reply saying it'll be done in next 2-3days!

                            As per royal enfield policy the refund should be done within 7days of cancellation and in my case it's been almost 2 months now and i am still getting the same reply from the executive.

                            Recently i dropped a mail to [protected]@royalenfield.com mail id and i got a reply saying they will contact me soon regarding the issue but no one contacted me yet!

                            When i can get the refund?

                              Sir, i have completed 5 service from authorized royal enfield service center rithala. I told them the same issue every time still can't figure out. Problems are - hard clutch, hard gear (Gear stucks), handle stuck while driving, whole body vibrate, problem in ignition, battery problem. I complain several times in the rithala service center about the same but still facing the same problems.

                                I booked royal enfield thunderbird 350 two and half months ago by paying rs.5000. 2 weeks before they told me to get my bike after paying full amount. Immediately i paid rs.1.64 lakhs. They told me to get my bike after two days. After two days when i called them they asked for extra two days time. After two days they again asked two days. Again after two days they repeated the same asking extra two days. Now they are asking 10 days extra time. I am totally vexed and stressed with them. It seems fishy that they gave my bike to someone who bribed them and they simply playing with me. Even, i complained to royal enfield customer support and there is no voice for a common man in this democratic country.

                                  There was engine leackege problem within 1st service month oftime. I bought it in march 26, 2014 and by the time i bought my bike from kanpur to sareen moters
                                  I said complaint but the showroom in your supervisor said that it is not possible to every bike have problam this tipe and till date clutch problam.

                                  Your shareen moters kanpur service centre very poor service and not any management. Presantly 26/09/2017 paid service done but water in present in fule tank so petrole tea losse fit by machanic because petrole leack but not any response 2.5 hour wait today but that problam not solve it. Because jobcard prepared but many time said please work done as soon as but no responce only so am without problam solve and cancel your jobcard he says you are go away any machanic not free for you. Ok

                                  Very bad service I had purchased royal enfiled Himalayan. Byke breakdown in 8 month and the byke runs only 1000km and services is so bad that no one picks a call. I had called chennai also but phone disconnect after 1 minute. I will suggest all friends who want to buy royal enfiled do not buy

                                    Most important thing first.. If you are planning to buy royal enfield please please reconsider it. Dont do the mistake as i did buy purachasing a bike for 2lakhs which is not worthy for sure.
                                    I was a big fan of royal enfield as many o[censored]s. I bought my first bike desert storm classic 500 with so much of expectation on 2016 august in sai ram automobile bengaluru. I drove for one year, 14000km and after 5 times servicing still it has a problem. I gave it for servicing on 11th of september 2017 and still i am hearing the same answer what they told on 13th september that my bike will be delivered in one week. It is already 5 weeks almost. Very very very bad service from royal enfield. The employees in the royal enfield motors whitefield service center are not responding properly. I dont know any other bike companies will take this much long time to serve the customer or atleast respond to them in a very very bad manner.

                                      Purchased from whitefield showroom. After using for one day, i tried remove the visor (It is feature of the helmet and removable) but the snap button got broke.
                                      Went to showroom and told about the problem. But those people are not ready to understand it and blaming me saying that i damaged the helmet.

                                      The response was very horrible and it is been 3 weeks they did not took action to repair the helmet.

                                      Now neither i do not have helmet nor trust on royal en field accessories
                                      Royal Enfield customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
