Dear team,
4 month ago i purchased re 350 classic. From last 1 month it stops in even small raining. Last jight i suffered to much becouse of this problem on a highway. And today i got informtion that this is problem in new models of company. Same happening with my other friends also. Its a bug.
Is this business ethic you guys have. At least you can contect the custmers that we are facing such problem or not. When i contected you guys sended road assistance guys who dont have 1 percent knowladge even lefted my bike open. Now when i contected at your custmer care the guy named "salman" replied on my question that i will regirly toe bike. No reply from anywhere. There is no reply to my mail. Service centre is not picking phone. Worst service ever from any brand company. If still problem will not resolve then i will sue the company in district consumer court at jaipur via my lawyr to deliever defective bike and providing no service

We are here at service centre at shamli uttarpradesh where service manager behavious was very weird they even are not able to solve the problem and argue illogically as bs 4 bike has problem we can not do anything this is a big issue as they are tarnishing the image of royal enfield company itself . please take this issue seriously.
