Royal Enfield — noise from engine after paid service

I have purcahsed re classic 350 in august 2016 and i very rarely use the bike. Within this span of period it just complte 10000 kms and bow for regular paid service i have give my bike for service at venkata ramana automoiles in attapur for service on may 4th 2018 and paid 2600 for the service in which 1400 was the labour charge so from the 3rd week some tik tik noise has been started from my engine and when i visited the service centre they says its normal and comback if the sound increase. So i dont understand does this people want my vehicle to get damaged? And then they will take any action so for giving an example to them to show its not normal i almost started 7 bikes in the service centre they dont have this noise so when i asked then to repair my bike they said keep it we will give u after 10 days when i said y 10 days they said we have other bikes to work and staffing is less and said come after 20 days please look into this
