Royal Enfield — Pathetic service & parts manipulation done at sp wheels vasai (regarding insurance claim on my bike mh48 an 9181) | |||||
I am sorry to say that i am a unproud owner of royal enfield, i had purchase my vehicle from sp wheels, vasai (Authorised service centre) since purchase of vehicle in sept16 i have been facing a lot of issues from this service centre, On 26 feb 17 i met with and bike accident for which i had towed by vehicle to sp wheels (Vasai) for insurance claim, this was the day from when the nightmare for me all started, i received by bike back on 03.04.17 almost more than a month, during the claim registered with icici lombard the total bill was about rs 17500/- from which i was been told that approx 14000/- will be reversed back in which i actually received rs9460/- as a reimbursement which is approx 55% amt for a 5 month old vehicle, During the process when i contacted the icici surveyor i came to know that a lot of manipulation of parts were been done at sp wheels, and when i am asking justification they are not answering me about the same, If this is the after sales service provided by royal enfield i would simply not refer anyone for service to be done in sp wheels (Vasai) or even a royal enfield brand.
