Royal Enfield — poor service at service center in viman nagar pune

Hello, i had purchase royal enfield bike from dhone automobile, market yard branch, pune, last year (2013) on 23rd june 2014, i met with an small accident, i which my rear brake got damaged. so next day at 10.00am when i went to the service station at new airport road branch (viman nagar pune) to get it fixed. first i was told i need to replace the brake which will cost 700/- only. and will get the work done at 3.00pm so when i went at 3.00 pm over there to collect my bike, one of the employee had taken my bike outside. when i enquirer for my bike they said they have taken the bike for service outside. after waiting for an hour i.e till 4 pm my bike came back to the center. it was taken without the silencer i.e the silencer was been remove and bike was take outside on road. when i checked the bill, now the bill amount was 1000/- when asked for the same, they said some welding charges are been added so additional payment. of which i was not aware. plus when i check my km reading it was 16km more after i left in morning (16 km of riding was done) so first of all how can the employee take my bike outside on road without my informing me and that to without the silencer and that to when he is traveled 16 km earlier also when i had given my bike at market yard service as this people could not solve the problem, the employee of the market yard service center had taken my bike on road for around 11-12 km under the name of test riding. is the test ride suppose to be so long ?? all this is unethical and unprofessional..you need to make some changes soon or else you are going keep losing customer. hope all this does not fall of deaf ears. regards.
