bike delivered with manufacturing defect, not replacing a 1 day old bike

In one day i finded out there is a engine oil leak
I did give my bike to dealer on the very next day
Which said to me that this is a manufacturing defect
And company is most likely will open the engine and correct it but opening of a two wheeler engine on the next day of buying is not acceptable by me as this will cause problems in future...
