Am happy to use royal enfield brand.. But when comes to service part it's very poor...

I took bike on 2017 in dinomotors, when i got the bike from re showroom i never go outside local showroom for service.. But very bad experience i faced last year and yesterday aswell... I used to go two service centers, one in tirumullaivayal dino motors and another one aravindhuja motors near porur... Whenever i take my bike after service i never satisfied with the work they did...
Last year i have a problem later it got resolved after long fight., let me explain about my issue..
I did 2 paid services in last 2 weeks they said break fault in my bike, they suggested to change the complete part of my break i accepted.. They took 2 nights and 3 day to complete my issue... Yesterday i collected my vehicle after paying the bill amount eventhough they given approximate figure of 2500 but they given the bill of close to 3000 i worried eventhough i never ask any question i paid my complete amount... Even unpaid 4500 rs in last 2 weeks you can see my records...
I start my bike and leave that showroom for just 6 to 8 km. Suddenly my back break were jam it's never moved atall.. I stuck in koyembad bypass i tried to move my bike but i cannot move for 1 inch also. Due to that little traffic as well.. I was really frustrated that movement... I don't know what to do.. So many people tried to helped me but still problem persist that time... I called dino motors they never given proper response to me. Thay said coolly we went for lunch and they ask me to wait for more than 1 hr.. Finally someone given me a idea to put some water in my vehicle i did that. Literally my bike moved slowly i came to that showroom an left my vehicle again.. Plss help and give me a support to close my issue in high priority..
Also i tried to take this issue to social media like twitter, youtube and fb but i cannot do that since i love this brand i suggested 10 people to go for this brand 6 were taken this brand... I need a proper service because am paying money even an middle class...
Kindly just check and do the needful... Really i worried a lotss of my bike sterday
