Royal Enfield — royal enfield thunderbird bike issue | |||
I have purchased royal enfield thunder bird bike on 09 jan 2019 and i got a defective piece from brand store. They put only 2 litres of petrol and told me to refill it in near by bharat petroleum and i did. I took my wife and 3 year baby with me and just escaped from the accident and i came back on same day and told them that bike is giving jerks and turned off automatically in road. On second day store the representative got the same issue and he took it to service centre and told that petrol is not flowing properly and they had clean the carbonator as well and they the told issue has been fixed. But i got the same issue and told them to pick in highway road and they told that me that they need to do bike inspection and i’ve agreed for that too. They called me third day of morning and told bike is fine there are no issues. Again i went to store on third day and took mr. Rajesh kumar p with me to chennai one highway road and bike started giving jerks and they told again that they did wrong wiring on petrol tank and it is corrected now and told me to go to service centre again to tell the problem. I am really pissed off with these people. I am waiting from last four hours to meet the manager mr. Vivek but no luck. I have asked for replacement or cash back but i didn't get any response from store representative. Will upload a bike video if i have that option too.
