Sukhmani motors pvt. Ltd., patna completed 2nd service of my newly purchased redditch red 350cc on 10th april 2018. They charged ₹687.70 for engine oil. I received my bike at 7 pm on 10th april'18. When i reached home, i checked my engine oil indicator and it was blank. They did not fill oil in my bike. If my bike will face some issues than who will responsible.
In my first servicing they charged for chain spray but they did not. After my complain they agree to spray the chain free of cost on second servicing.
They all are playing with trust and emotions of the customer.
We all looted in the name of free servicing. How can i trust any service center. A road side machanic is more trustworthy than these kind of service stations like sukhmani motors pvt. Ltd., patna

My vehicle num TN40Q3899 I met with accident and I gave for service on march 15th but till now there is no work done in my vehicle and if I contact they telling parts on the way...my bike is in mettupalayam MR motors service.they are asking more time..
