Sir, I am antony from trichy - tamilnadu –india.i own a bullet 500, 2015 model.recently I ended up with a problem in the self start and and some noisy parts. I gave the bike to OXINA motors on[protected].they said that it should be replaced under the warranty to fix the noise.i told them to fix it and they called me by 2:00 pm the same day and told that the work is done and I can collect my bike.when I went there I noticed that the problem isn’t solved.i asked them why the problem is not fixed and they repied that few more parts should be replaced to fix it.i asked then what they did the whole day and they said that they forgot it seems.they asked me to take the bike the next day morning.when I called the next day evening they said that the work is not even started and said that they have sent the photo to head office for permission so that they could send the parts and told that bike will be ready on[protected].i phoned up the head office and complained about it .the y called from the head office again and said that the parts have been sent.i called the service centre and asked about the bike and they said that they cant do it till they get the parts from office and their way of replying is too arrogant and bad.but in the head office they said that they sent the parts three days before itself and it should have reached them two days before . when I called the service centre last time they said like to take my bike back and they cant do it .till now[protected] there is no answer from the service centre about the bike . the problem here is “is that part very rere one or imported one? After all it’s a common part and the bike is running in thousand nos and why cant they keep a spare? ” .please take measures on this regard over the oxina motors. Even while buying the bike I first booked it in oxina motors and told me to wait for one or two months.but they called me by the second weak and told me take the bike.when I went there it was an old stock and their response that time itself is not proper.so I cancelled there and bought it at na motors which was recently closed. Whenever I take the bike to oxina motors they wont respond properly since it was not bought from them.
